I don't live near a Costco so I have to rely on a friend to take me there and it only happens a couple of times per year. I went a few days ago and looked for short ribs but could not see any at Costco. I bought beef ribs instead. I also love those. I only use beef with salt so usually I put the short ribs in a Pyrex covered casserole and cook at low temperature in my oven for 3 or 4 hours... I just love them! They turn out so tender and juicy...

That package of meat is not worth $58.00 dollars and people should let it rot on the shelves until prices are put back to where they should be.I have stopped buying beef at any store never mind Costco and I don't think I will be renewing my membership there either.thisnprice gouging is way out of hand and if the politicians aren't going to do anything about it then I as a consumer will shop elsewhere.ive boycotted lablaws,Walmart save on foods so I guess my next option to secure quality food I'd directly from the source,the farmers and the fish mongers
