Your videos are so helpful because it is all about what your doing your techniques and your recipes, to many videos are about the person trying to be famous not yours, your videos are the way instructional videos should be very enjoyable . Once again thank you very much and as always may GOD'S peace be with you and your family.
Thank you for your kind words. I am just a home cook showing people simple recipes that I make for my family with different cuts of meat from Costco where I buy most of my groceries. So glad you enjoy my videos, it means a lot to me. Good bless 🙏🤗
thank you!!!! Love watching your cooking shows and it's especially interesting to see the price difference between East Costco and West Costco. I religiously shop at costco on a biweekly basis, which explains my $800+ Costco chq at the end of the year, and every time i peruse through the meat section I take a big peice of meat and look for recipes online before I buy. Now I'm doing the same with your online videos!!!!! Thank you once again!!!!
Oh that's interesting you took the mesh off. I eat mostly beef and lamb on a Carnivore way of eating and so I buy boneless lamb roast a lot. Also all other cuts of lamb and beef. As I start watching, it is interesting to me to see what you are doing here. I found this very interesting, I have never thought of doing anything like this with lamb. Well, I don't have a grill anything so I probably won't do it but it is still interesting and I guess I could just fry up the marinated pieces in a pan without the bamboo.
0:43 the best tip I took from this. I never knew there was a gland to be removed from the leg. Score yourself 10 bonus points. Do not pass GO! Do not collect $200.

@RealCookingInMyKitchen l ment to write Australian lamb from Costco. It had no flavor. I'm used to eat lamb in my country in Europe. It is very tasty, and it has a specific aroma. I liked your method of cooking it, though. It's similar to what l am used to.
Fantastic
Thank you 🙏 🤗

Sumac! Yes! Are you Lebanese? This is the best LOL recipe I've ever seen. Going to get one in the morning. Mint? Lemon potatoes? Are you Greek?
Sumac is perfect for lamb or grilled chicken and fish. Thank you so much for watching 🙏🤗
@@RealCookingInMyKitchen I love sumac. I'm going to Costco today to get a leg.
Is it cooked ?
Yes rare is the best way to cook lamb
I would keep the onion pulp for latkas
Yes that is good idea 👍 thanks for watching and have a wonderful holiday
Poor lamb , not a bone in his legs.
Why do people make silent videos??
I just like to cook not talk.

Yes. Thank you.
Love the sound of cooking and not loud music.
Listen, woman.
Either buy a new knife set or learn to sharpen the one you have!😊

I tried today Austrian lamb. It had no taste at all. I won't buy again. Waste of money.
I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with the lamb. It's definitely worth trying again from a different source! But try Australian lamb
