I do apologize about the quality of this vid, Joes clip and mine were shot in different qualities which messed with my settings and unfortunately I didn't notice until after UA-cam compression. Back to HD next week!

had you not mentioned it... LOL. video creators forget sometimes most people watch on mobile and even clear 480P looks good or "good enough". Content over quality anyway on this channel! I lived in Korea for 2 years and the scissors made it authentic. 😉

Toss some kimchi on the grill and give it a little char. To me it ups the flavor. Had a Korean family do this while we were sharing dinner over in Seoul. I was hooked on these flavors and if I could move back to South Korea with my family I'd definitely do it. I was down south and took the bullet train up to Seoul. Amazing memories.

When I was in the Army stationed in Korea we would always go out to this place in Seoul, it was called the OB Stadium. It was all the beef and beer you could eat and drink. It cost 17,000 won. About 12 bucks back then. Loved me some Korean food. Oh also use SOJU next time instead of Sake, loved that stuff when I was over there.

I really enjoy these videos and I have to admit that it was super exciting to hear Bradley say, "Any bitterness you are going to get from anything that's burned is going to be counteracted by the sweetness in the marinade." I've been saying that for years, but most people are scared to death of char that gets too dark.
Burned fat, that has been soaking in a sweet marinade, is probably not that great for you -- but SWEET JEEBUS is it delicious!!!

Yo Brad! I love your content, man. Great work! I'd personally love to see you do a classic Baltimore style Pit Beef Sandwich if you need a video idea! Big lean roast (usually top round) and cooked to a crisp on the outside but still mooing on the inside, sliced paper thin and served on a kaiser roll with a slice of sweet onion and tiger sauce (horseradish, mayo, lemon, Worcestershire and black pepper. I haven't seen any good videos immortalizing the recipe and I'd love for a great channel like you to do it!

Ok, I get it, totally different deal, but I did use the Chudster's kettle grilling technique he used in this video to cook them. Wow, came out great! Thanks Bradly.

You will eventually get a good seal after several long smokes, just don't clean it after you get the build up. When ever I do my annual cleaning for the season I don't touch the where the lid mates up with the grill.
