    Great video would have been helpful to have visually seen a demo. My next question would be how does one strengthen the serratus? :)

    I have Si joint pain on the left side. Probably from the deep twists, forward folds and deep back bends in the primary series. I am sure getting pushed deeper in these poses by the teacher didn't help. But how do I fix this if not just quit the practice all together?? The whole primary series is built on these poses.
