Thanks Lina! Did I hear correctly that you used the shampoo for a month straight except when you needed a chelating shampoo? That sounds like a lot of clarifying! I hope your hair is ok. I’m also very interested in hearing your suggestions for dealing with a dry scalp, as I have the same issue.

Thanks for checking in 😅 I know it sounds like a lot, but this shampoo has clarifying ingredients, but also a lot of hydrating ingredients. It wasn't quite enough to make my scalp no longer itchy, but it didn't make it worse. That is a good point though. I'll be using a gentle shampoo for the next few washes. It'll be interesting to see if this was just too strong for my scalp. I'll keep notes and when I have more information on how to help with itchy scalps, I'll make another video. Thank you for your feedback!

Did you notice an abnormal amount of hair that washed out? After I used the scrub I had double the amount of hair fall out during the shower and idk if that's normal

I didn’t notice any more hair fall than normal, but I also didn’t try the scrub. The other products at least don’t seem to cause that problem. It’s good to know you’re having that struggle. I’ll let you know if I try the scrub and find that I’m shedding more.

I think this has been happening to me. I use the truly unruly shampoo and conditioner, but I feel like I lose a lot of hair in the process

@@thedevilsdaughter9793 I tried the truly unruly shampoo years ago and had the same thing happen….
I love their curl mask it’s been my #1 conditioner for years but something seems off with their shampoos a lot of people lose hair from them :/

Yeah it's definitely hard. I haven't found anything quite yet. Unfortunately, with my higher density hair, it's hard to find a good product for itchy scalp because a lot of it comes down to the applicator. The best I've found for me is to wash my hair when it starts to get too itchy. With the weather like it is now, I tend to always have a minor itch, but when it gets too bad, washing it helps. I've found that it's best for my scalp to wash twice a week. That seems to keep it from getting too ad.
And I have found these products do help a little. These and the Derma-e scalp line might be a good bet. I'll keep experimenting though.

@@Linas_lovelylocks thank you! I’ve heard of the derma-e. I’ll look into it. I recently read that oily scalp can be from dryness. You may have stated that also. I’m gonna try a moisturizing shampoo and see if that helps. In the past, Ive had the best (affordable) luck with not your mothers matcha green tea..Give it a try if you haven’t already. It seems to be a nice balancer.

@@sassyann27 Awesome! Thanks for the suggestion. I've tried the NYM Matcha mask, but never the shampoo and conditioner, so I'll have to give those a try. ☺
