I shoot NS-G long limbs on a TFT-G riser. They really are made for each other. People trying my set up are always surprised that it is 32#, they swear it must be more weight because they are so quick. So instead of your term "more powerful", I characterize them as QUICKER. I avoid the word SNAPPIER because that sounds like hand shock. They are a little sensitive to brace height, but when you get it right the release sounds more like hum than a twang, and the dampening effect of the graphene can really be appreciated. Last but not least, I get a lot of compliments about the look of the limbs with the graphene riser.
Hi, I have the same setup as you, what would you say is your sweet spot regards brace height?
Hello antony.Very nice review.Thank you for all your videos they are very helpful. If you can tell as adout the draw weight of this limbs and the speed compare to uukhas top limbs.
Just ordered mine on Saturday and they are set to show up later this week. I CANNOT WAIT!!!
They are a great limb
@@shoreshotarchery so a few observations. I shoot the MK Zest as well. Metaphorically, it's like hammering a nail. You can use a 16oz hammer and swing hard and get it in one smack, or you can you a 22oz or a mini sledge and swing slow and use momentum. The Zest is the 16 oz and the NS-G is the sledge hammer. No torque, a lot of forgiveness, you absolutely feel the power on release.
One thing I noticed is that I didn't have as much of an issue with the vibration simply due to the fact that my risers are both tree trunks (Gillo G1 and Mybo Elite) as they both flirt within an ounce from 3lb mass weight. Now I've shot my friend's W&W atx (is that right? the one with the dampeners?) riser on mxt's and really it wasn't much difference between the harshness, or lack of, on those and something I encountered in my setups with the 3lb risers.
BTW, I follow you on instagram... good job at Lancaster.
THE AIX IS A SUPER BEAUTIFUL BOW!!!
I used atf x and ns g limb
This combination IRL good
THANK YOU AGAIN MY BIG FRIEND!!! I AM GOING TO BUY THIS LIMBS AND THE RISER THE HOLE SET...BECAUSE OF YOUR REVIEW!!! YOU ARE A REAL GOOD TEACHER MAN!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL HAPPY SHOOTERS...
Great review, Can you post the chrono fps for these limbs. I know Speed is not everything but I would like to see these limbs comparing to MK zest. Either case I already have a set of these because of the first ever graphene limb base/ damper and they have graphene +foam core limbs. I am interested in the MXT as well but as far as speed and innovation these NS-g are top notch and will be my last set of modern limbs for a next couple of years until they come ou with something else. THe MXT sounds cool but how much of that is marketing verbiage? (counter veil material what material is it? what makes is good at absorbing vibration? Graphene bonds with wood core is it possible?
NS-G limbs 195.4 fps and MK Zest 201.2 fps both tested on a MK X10 riser from my shooting machine
I shot them with a nano TFT riser and I like them a lot.
I have not forgotten about our barebow shoot 🏹🎯
👍
If they are so good, why did you have to put limb dampners on them? How did you decide where to put the dampners? What effect did putting them on have?
Without dampeners they were ok/fine set of limbs. I decide to put dampeners on them to see if they would improve the feel of the shot, and the dampeners did improve the feel. They made the limbs feel softer in the shot. It did not effect the drawling of the bow just the result/feel of the limbs shooting. Some of this can all be attributed to the face i am using a non Win And Win riser that is also aluminum.
HELLO FRIEND,I LIKE TO BUY THE HOODIE BUT I DONT NOW REALY HOW BIG XL AND XXL AND XXXL IS...CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS...OK THANK YOU IN ADVANCE
For sizing for on the hoodies they run larger. So if you normal wear and XXL I would recommend an XL
