Being preggo helps with hair growth too but after birth it’s the complete opposite lol. I can confirm what Bianca says! Been using the Elixir and scalp stimulating booster since the end of May and I see a huge difference in density and length. It’s actually crazy. Before using the Curlsmith serums I was using Righteous roots oil and Jamaican black castor oil. They worked well but weighed my hair down to much and couldn’t use it everyday. The Curlsmith serums have zero weigh down and work really fast. A++++!!

I have my hair in braids. I also started to take prenatal vitamins (I'm not pregnant) and my hair has grown a lot.

I talked out these 3 products so much to my boyfriend after you first talked out them. I always told him to I’m going to get these and try them after I get my first curly cut. He ended up get me all 3 as one of my birthday gifts a few week back. Less than 2 left, this video get made me even more excited to use them.

@@Theredheadguru that is what i just said. For example my hair is long but not thick, the longer it is the harder it gets to brush, so i loss a lot of hair which is decreasing my hair volume.

Sieunna kef if you’re “losing” a lot of hair you’re probably not washing your hair enough or your ripping your hair out by brushing too hard or you have a medical condition that you’re unaware of
FYI anyone watching this who has thyroid disease, talk to your endocrinologist before you take this much biotin as it can mess with your bloodwork results!
Why is it that I'm just learning about this on a random hair video and NOT from my doctor? Who knows that I take supplements?
xgreydovex that’s a good question and I understand! Been to 4 endocrinologists and only just now leaning about this! This is the only doc that’s even asked about supplements and I did some research and turns out it’s true! I think it’s ok to take biotin but I’d ask your doc because it can effect test results from what I now understand. It’s hard enough to get your lab results where they need to be with thyroid issues without making it harder!

I’ve been to 3 different endocrinologist & not 1 has asked about supplements. My Primary Care Dr does & tells me what to limit it to. I take 10,000 mcg of biotin daily. Now my bloodwork comes back within normal limits.

I started taking the vitamins at the start of quarantine and a few weeks ago I started with the booster and elixir because Curlsmith was having a sale. Definitely noticed some new inches and my hair isn't shedding as much! Love them so much!!!

I started my hair growth journey when you posted the first video in January!! I couldn't afford curlsmith but I tried other methods and hair tips you always talk about in your videos. I went from above the brastrap to waist length!!! Of course that's when it's pressed, my shrinkage humbles me. My curls went from collarbone to mid shoulder blade!!! Thank you for all your lovely videos. It took a lot of patience but I have to say being in quarantine and not having to go out made it so much easier.

Look at that growth! Honestly haven't tried these bc I like my shorter hair. I feel like my curls are more defined that way but all CurlSmith products are BOMB
Love how transparent and honest you are in your reviews. I will definitely give this a try soon. Do have a video recommending how to highlight hair in the least damaging way? It is difficult to find good stylists.

I’ve been using both serums and I’m definitely not preggo and my daughter is 4 so I can confirm it’s not just hormones that help lol. It does help that she is breastfeeding but I’ve been seeing the same results and I’ve been using them since May 💁🏽♀️
Thank you for this comment! I try to do as MUCH as possible to prove true results yet still get discredited for having a baby 😕 People also told me my hair was going to grow WHILE pregnant but as you can see from my January start, that wasn’t the case for me. 🤷🏽♀️
BiancaReneeToday Yasss mama!! I knew you were telling it like it is for that reason! If you had growth DURING your pregnancy then I can understand what people are saying but the fact that the growth happened AFTER birth totally defeats the argument. During pregnancy my hair grew a lot. Started mid back ended at booty length after birth (was not natural back then). But it went down hill after that. Started new and did my curly hair transition and my hair is finally healthy again. So after birth growth doesn’t count as pregnancy growth especially a huge difference in said growth and density.

I've been through the challenges of the mask once a week, not straightening the hair .. but I haven't used the hair growth products consistently. It has definitely grown, but I can't say that the change is drastic, and since sometimes I have spent weeks without using them, I couldn't tell if they had an effect on me or not. Yes I have taken the vitamins, but about on 4 months I have taken what is for two months. what I do use consistently is the scalp products (the pre-wash, scrub and hydrating mask because I don't like the conditioner very much (my hair doesn't like mint). Soo I couldn't tell you how it went with me the oils because I still have left since I bought them 5 months ago (I just couldn't create the routine of using them every day)

For me using castor oil/jojoba oil in my hair on wash days has helped my hair grow a lot thicker. I know you hate oils Bianca 😅 but maybe products that contain these oils would give the same result without the smell and weighed down feeling. This trick helped me with length too but the results I saw were mostly for thickness 🤷♀️

I was you using the curlsmith vitamins and the stuff for your scalp for 3 months. I never got around to making my shirt so I never checked for growth. I did notice some growth. I didn't really care for the morning scalp massage because it was felt really wet and I only used a few drops. I hope to start using them again. I think age might have something to do with my hair growth also. But I think I'm doing pretty good for my age. Your hair looks great! I found out about curlsmith from your Instagram post so thanks. I don't know who the haters are that give your videos a thumbs down but I gave you a thumbs up. Keep doing what you do!
