Just a suggestion for the blow drying. Try a blow dryer with the comb attachment so that you’re not putting harsh direct heat on your hair. Especially the ends. But your style is gorgeous!
A great gel to use on blown out/stretched hair is the Aunt Jackies No Shrink Gel. I never get any shrinkage when I use it on my hair and we have the same type of hair, 4b/c and low porosity. The gel can make your hair feel a bit dry though so I make sure to double up on the moisture before I blow dry.

Peppermint oil & Aloe Vera Gel is really good for eczema in your hair. I use to suffer with that & it helps I only have eczema on my ankles now.
