    These edits are driving me nuts. I can't watch the work out for more than one second with out it cutting away to another angle or some random shot that doesn't help me at all (like the shot of the pulley weights being lifted). They're in most of your guys' videos too. How am I suppose to get the form down if I can't watch a consistent frame for more than 1 second. Come on guys. Tell your editing crew to chill, we get it, they know how to chop video.

    Finally a leg work out with actual squats, good man! so many people avoid squats even though its the best leg exercise for strength and mass

    Amazing leg work out thanks for this one especially considering bodybuilding.com decided it would be a good idea to charge 10 $ a program also project mass is probably by far the best program I've ever done

    Gotta admit, there's so much right with this kind of workout. I personally separate quads and Hams/glutes for different days but if I do go back to doing just a full day of legs I would do this and maybe incorporate some straight-leg Deadlifts. Good stuff!

    Hi . I really like your legs workout and the way you talk about every exercice step by step , acctually i'm gonna do this workout today but i've another pointe to talk about . I want you to tell us about the exercices that gives mass to the back the most especialy the lats and the midd back ,so that in the futur we can build our (V) in our back just like you .     Did anyone else notice he had 405 on the bar for squats when he started and halfway through the set at 6:42 he has 315?

      +Campus Fitness There is a bunch of cuts in these types of videos. They try to get every shot right, if something doesn't look right they go back and reshoot. They may have wanted a further shot to show form when we was using the 405, and they had the perfect shot when he was working on the 315 squat. Not a big deal...as long as they get the message out there, thats all that matters.

    (I do it too) but its not really fair to say "oh, that workout isn't for beginners" It really depends on each individual person. I know when I first started out I liked to try routines that pro bodybuilders were doing (lighter weight of course) and I benefited a good deal from it :)
