And the more they modify their faces the more they need another surgery. It is a mix of both, they have deformed faces because of the ammount of modifications, and because faces after surgeries age worse.

There's nothing more attractive than being happy in your own skin. We all age. Some people actually become more beautiful as they grow older. I will never be ashamed of wrinkles, gray hair or anything comes with along with it. Many people die young and are denied that privilege.
