Not the same carbs But this video comes in handy for me. Just obtained a 1994 CB 1000. The carbs are shot and it’s nice to see the process from your easy teaching style.
Hi, the choke mount on my carbs is missing. I bought the bike in boxes and can’t find this part on the parts diagram. Do you have a part no for it. Thanks in advance Paul
@timo5532 1 second ago I only need how to change head gasket 1991 fzr 600. I'm not a expert, but have done alot of work on it. Daughter telling me give up on that thing. Maybe, but one more time.... How hard? Have to pull engine out? any posts ?
I think the head gasket can be replaced without removing the engine from the frame. However if you are that far removing the engine is not much work more.
I used 1.5 as default. But if I am not mistaking the manual says 2 turns out. As you can see in the video about starting the engine I was running quite OK. But I think it needs some adjusting. The revs stay high for a short time after closing the throttle. I still need to sync the carbs and will adjust the air screws.
@@jh-tech5546 Thank you for sharing. After watching your video I ordered parts frome Litetek for my FZX750. (Same parts). Carbs are all apart like yours.... Fingers crossed!
The best carbs video assambly tutorial I've ever seen..
Thank you!

Did you have to adjust the 1.5 turns out once you got.it running?

Where did you buy the throttle seals? Were they in the set from your link ?
I assume you mean the seals on the throttle shafts. Yes, they are in the set from Litetek.
@@jh-tech5546 yes, I meant those :) OEM is pretty much unavaliable for bikes 30 yrs + bikes
Where did you get the kits
Hi, The seal kits are from LiteTek (service kit A and B). I have added the links in the description.
