I LOVE how all of the animations were made in the original CS/Half-Life style, no overly tacticool or shaky Modern Warfare esque animations, just that old, classic feeling of weapon anims that all fit the setting.
Watching this brought a big smile to my face. I'm glad you're going to release this - it looks like a fresh take on the CS experience, especially since it's using CZ as a base! The fact that a lot of the guns are already present in different HL games, including cut ones like the OICW, is the icing on the cake. This clearly took a lot of time and love to put together. Best of luck with finishing it!

Damn this mod even has the XM29 OICW and the HK XM8, it really fits the setting since Black Mesa takes place in the early 2000s and both weapons were hyped up as being the M16/M4’s replacement as well as the future of modern combat. Although we know that didn’t happen.
This is sick, I can't wait to play it! This might give some life to Condition Zero or even the deleted scenes version, would be cool to see these games have a second life from mods.

Well, unfortunately there a few. But we plan to change them in the future. They are just placeholders for now.
goldsource baked animations almost feel too powerful for the engine their in, I’ve seen them used to do stuff like fake wall destruction physics

That pretty was what happened canonically in Opposing Force. Half-Life 1 itself just implies that the Black Ops are purging the HECU too.
