in all honesty I don't know, personally I am not a fender fan so have always preferred alternatives and in past tokai would have come out on top

Would you recommend this guitar. I’m thinking of getting the SSS version and putting Seymour Duncan lipstick pickups in it .

It sounds much much superior to squier....I have the S7 Fm and it beats the fender player easily and it sounds really close to fender professional
