What a sweet comment. Thank you, PH! A friend of mine was asking yesterday what it's like to have a dog--he is considering getting one. I said that it meant a lot to have a little friend who is so excited to see you and who you are so excited to see. Our dogs love us and, just as important, they accept our love--they want to be loved by us. Sometimes it's not so easy for us humans to do that--to just accept the love of another human being. But dogs do it so naturally.
I lost my 15 year old beagle the day this video was posted. Each and every moment of it has reminded me of my boy Zak. They all are the same and so adorable. Miss him so much and god bless Oliver.

Sound like my late Beagle Pepsi and every other one. I used to say they can't trace the Beagles ancestral line because it is the original Hound from Hell. But as you said best dog ever.
We had a beagle 20 years ago. His name was Victor and he was very special. ❤Once, we went to the store and left him at home (he was able to go out into the yard through a doggy door). When we got home, our neighbors on Botha sides were looking into our little yard (we lived in an apartment that had a small yard). Victor decided to take ALL my bras and undies outside for the world to see. I was so embarrassed. I believe that was payback for leaving him at home 😂
I have a Beagle. Omg, I laughed so hard watching this. My Sunny is a riot. She loves socks as well. She loves to shred everything. I love her so much, and she gives us so much joy!
I've had my beagle for 11 years now. A lot of this she actually does. Very independent- she'll duck away from being petted Very patient- she'll sit and watch you eat waiting for something to fall no matter how long it takes. Good guard dog- she actually busted out daughter trying to sneak a guy into our apartment a few years ago because she wouldn't stop barking.
Despite Beagles becoming older, they still have so much energy. My Beagle is now 13 years old & when I took my dog for a walk today, all she wanted to do is just run/sprint forward without looking back. Thankfully, she still listens when I say "STAY", before we cross the road. My beagle goes nuts every time I or any of my family members say to our dog: "We are going for a walk." She just becomes way too excited.
my beagle died this 5th september... after 14 years, she was like a puppy with her age, she wanted sometimes to play like if she wasn't old... the last two weeks she excited a lot when i gave her the food and the heart collapsed a little bit and she losed the consciousness during few seconds, i had to put the food closed into the garage without her knowing that everyday day because she began to jump of happiness and barking... finally, one day... i give her last meal, she ran to the dish and ate with relish... she ate all, came back to the garden to rest with my mother near pruning plants... and she exhaled for last time, sleeping, near my mother like she ever did... miss a lot her. Until the last day she was without any pain, walking fine... but the heart was exhausted...
Also, they can support you when you're looking for a less stressful, less fast-paced lifestyle - they can show you how to focus on the important things in life like sleeping, eating, napping and cuddling.

I had saved all of my allowances and lawn mowing money to buy me a new Sears Ted Williams baseball glove when I was 13. I left it on the porch swing and when I came back it was gone. I searched around the house and the beagle had it on the ground between his paws chewing the stuffing out of it. Needless to say I've owned Golden Retrievers ever since.
I previously had a gorgeous springer spaniel who passed 2 years ago (miss her so much!) but I think soon will be ready for our next family member for a playmate for my son. I am set on getting a beagle thanks to Oliver! What a beautiful pup, such a gorgeous face!! I miss my crazy munchkin. I had my lily for 16 years. I definitely want to get another beagle because of her. And watching Oliver brings me good memories of when I had her.
My favorite dog I ever had was a beagle who used to be a test puppy for Procter and Gamble. I don’t know what the first three months of his life were like, but he was the sweetest dog in the world. He didn’t bark, or lick or jump up on people. He flat refused to do tricks. He just followed me around and always wanted to be pet. He’d get all excited when he saw me putting on my sneakers cos we’d just walk around the neighborhood and smell things. And he just liked to sleep next to me on the sofa or next to my seat at the dinner table. He was my buddy. 😇🐶
That was marvellous! Laughed my head off, specially at the “Good guard dog”, “Shares food” and “Independent” Oliver. But the best part is “Will love you forever.” Thank you.

Our beagle boy died 3 weeks ago, dang we him he's a great dog. He laid upside down with his legs wide open, barked like hell. Towards the end he would Not listen to crap and played deaf until the food came out...smart. Now its quiet and I miss it, miss him.
I have had 2 beagles in the past and they are just beautiful souls. both were as different as 2 dogs could be but so special and loving, i miss them so much, it's so hard to say good bye when their time is up and their time is never long enough. hug and squeeze your baby close to your heart, they will love you forever unconditionally!
He reminds us so much of our beloved Rocky who died in 2019 - we miss him but Oliver helps to heal the pain!
The way oliver tucked in your lap at the end really made the video whole!
I love every video you make! Today our beagle is born! Now we just have to wait 8 weeks! I love oliver! 🐶👍🏻❤️
Wow, congratulations!!!
Oh my goodness congratulations. You are in for a lifetime of love, companionship, waggy tails and floppy ears.
Wow congrats
Hurray!!! 🥰😍💕😉
Every time he barks, my heart melts.
I got an adult beagle 7 years ago. Now he is turning 14. The best decision in my life. 😍😍😍
Too Adorable! It made me cry @ the end, because their Love is so Unconditional & Forever! 💞🥰
In all honesty I think there's just one reason - beagle love 💜🐶🐾
Absolutely... it's all about the love!! Couldn't agree with you more
I miss my beagle so much, I'd literally cut my arms off to listen to her bark
Get a new one instead 😍
Smart, Stubborn, and absolutely wonderfully lovable!
We had a beagle mix named crystal. Cutest pooch you'd ever meet. Lots of memories in these
That was marvellous! Laughed my head off, specially at the “Good guard dog”, “Shares food” and “Independent” Oliver. But the best part is “Will love you forever.” Thank you.
So glad you liked it!!
I love you, Oliver, for all the reasons you cutely portrayed.❤️
I had a pair of Beagles, brother and sister. Duke and Dixie. Lord I loved them so much. I still miss them. I love Oliver .💖💖
That moment was very pretty when Oliver was sitting in his father's lap 😊 .
Oliver being too lazy to get his ball is so relatable.
We've all been there!
I have a three year old male beagle called Harrison. Beagles are such characters and yes they can be stubborn , greedy , naughty and mischievous but they are also funny, intelligent, loving and loyal . They are the best and part of the family and it would leave an empty gap without them. I love watching Oliver . Beagles are special dogs. 🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶🐶
What a sweetie!!! Heart is full of doggy love 🐾♥️🐾 Thanks Oliver!
Lost mine year after 17 years due to cancer. He was such a good boy. He was always happy maybe because he was rescued. Loved him much.
11. Their ears flap with every step they take when they walk

This is too relatable I love it
Yes, that too, definitely!!
Kocham beagle, to najsłodsze pieski ns świecie
That face when he came out of the bathroom omg 🥺🥺😂❤️
This video made me laugh so hard🤣😂🤣😂🤣Love you Oliver!
As a beagle owner I feel this video in my SOUL
I suggest you run
I am and always have been a working line GSD guy. Something you forgot to mention about Beagles and I would never disclose this to my GSD. Beagles are just so damn cute.
Very sweet. My beagle mix does most of those things too, especially going to the bathroom every morning so I can scratch his butt while I am sitting on the throne. LOL
So happy when I saw this new video pop up! Shows more sides if Oliver's multifaceted character! Love his playfulness & feistiness! Love you Oliver, you always brighten my day with your cute ways 🙂
Aww! He's just perfect! Love 🐾💖🐾💖 you Oliver.
I had a rescue Beagle. He was turned into the SPCA because "he was loud"... lol that's their job! One of my best decisions was to adopt him. He was awesome.
So funny! Love the tail wagging at the end.
