- This video shows how to install VESA mount adapter for MSI Optix MAG24C, MSI Optix MAG27CQ and MSI Optix MAG270VC monitors. All adapters that I've found on market only support VESA 75 mounting standard, therefore I designed this one that supports both VESA 75 and VESA 100 mounting standards!

WOW. U don’t know how long I’ve wanted to mount my mag27cq for and had no idea how THANK U SOO MUCH
Found the video and ordered some yesterday!
Thank you!
I have a MAG27CQ and i have the riser screws that came with it do i still need this adapter to mount it?
Hi there, do you know if i need an adaptor for the MAG 271CV? I’ve tried installing a monitor arm in the past but it didnt work. It’s 100*100mm vesa but there was a thing sticking out making the installation difficult. Thank you for replying to all your viewers!
Hey, if you could remove original stand from the monitor, take a picture of the backside and send it to support@creat3d.hr and we'll make sure to check it out and let you know as soon as possible :)
i bought a monitor arm that supports vesa. But my MAG245R doesnt seem to support any vesa mounts, because the mounting hole is too small. Do u have a fix?
According to the specifications, that monitor already supports VESA 100 mounting standard, you just have to remove original stand from the monitor in order to expose VESA 100 mounting interface. In case your VESA plate does not fit into the recessed hole, you might need a spacer like this one: www.etsy.com/listing/1276095971/vesa-100-mounting-spacer-vesa-100
You have for the mag271CQR?
does this also works for msi g272qpf?
Do I need to buy an adapter for my MSI Optix G274 while using the Huanuo HNDS8 dual monitor mount?
I suggest you try to mount it first without the adapter and see whether you'll succeed.
I have a Huvano mounter mount dual will this work for me to be able to mount it onto it? I just see that middle part and I’m not sure like if it’ll be able too.
Could you share a link?
Would You know what vesa updater you would need for MSI MAG274R2?
Hey, that monitor already has VESA 100x100 mounting interface, but if your VESA plate is too big for the recessed hole in the backside of the monitor, you would need this standoff / spacer: www.etsy.com/listing/1276095971/vesa-100-spacer-vesa-100-standoff
You probably wont awnser this but is there one for the msi mag247qrf?
That monitor already supports VESA 100 mounting standard, but in case your VESA mounting plate is wider than the recessed hole in the backside of the monitor, you would need this spacer: www.etsy.com/listing/1276095971/vesa-100-mounting-spacer-vesa-100. Hope this helps!
Can you tell me what is size of crews? Pls. Thank you so much!!
They are regular M4 standard threaded socket head bolts in sizes 20-25mm, depending on whether you're going to use VESA 75 or VESA 100 mounting standard.
Been a month since I ordered. Still didn’t update stuck in preparing shipment.
Your package has been dispatched few weeks ago, it's not stuck in preparing the shipment state. Unfortunately during the busy season, postal services might experience a little bit of delay. Once we ship the package out, we can not control it since its our of our hands at that point of time. Hope you understand!
How do you remove the original stand?
If I recall correctly, there's a latch on the original stand that you press and simply remove the stand from the housing.
you didn't put the links in the description
I'll update it immediately, thanks!
How about MAG24R? I have the VIVO STAND-V002O and my MSI G274QPX monitor won't fit
If that is the case, you might need VESA 75 spacer which you can get here: creat3dlab.etsy.com/listing/1141895210
Do you have an adapter for the MAG272CQR model for sale?
Hey, that monitor already has VESA 100x100 mounting interface, but if your VESA plate is too big for the recessed hole in the backside of the monitor, you would need this standoff / spacer: www.etsy.com/listing/1276095971/vesa-100-spacer-vesa-100-standoff
@@creat3dlab12 which size would you recommend I get?
@@wootls9847 You can measure distance from the hole to the top surface of the backside of the monitor, but if you want to be safe, I would say either 25mm or 30mm one.
Hello. I have mag342cqr and north bayou monitor arm. Can I use it without a mount adapter? Or must I have one?
It really depends on the monitor arm. Try it out, if the VESA plate does not fit into the recessed hole on the backside of the monitor, you would need the adapter.
Did you need the adapter? I have the same monitor and I have that doubt.
@@wilca176 Actually there was no need for an adapter. The monitor has its own stand screws. But I bought it thinking it would be more robust.
Does this work on the Optix G32C4W
As far as I can see, that monitor already supports VESA mounting standard and does not require an adapter.
Will this work with the Msi Mag270CR?
If you could remove original stand from the monitor, take a picture of the backside of the monitor and send the picture to us on info@creat3d.hr, we could check whether the adapter is compatible or not :) Can you do that?
@@creat3dlab12 yes I can thank you
@@Spidey_was_taken Thank you for the picture, and yes, the adapter will also fit MAG270CR, we'll update the listing :)
@@creat3dlab12 thank you
For the Vesa do u have any links to the little square cube connected to the visa, i need a new one?
The one that says TOP on it
That part is really specific to a monitor arm, it's not generic.
Does this work for the mag240cr?
It looks like it should work, but in order to be 100% sure, you can remove original stand from the monitor, take a picture of the backside and send it to us at creat3d.osijek@gmail.com and we'll verify whether the adapter fits :)
@@creat3dlab12 it's compatible with my model.
Im not sure if this thing is stable enough to hold my monitor, i dont think so
If you have any doubts, you can scrolls through our reviews :) Also, we have a stress test video on our channel which shows that our adapters can hold up to 100kg / 220lbs weight.
Noob question, but would this work with the Vivo Single Monitor Mount? I can't tell if the VESA mounts are compatible. ua-cam.com/video/1HcX07sriB4/v-deo.html This one. It doesn't look compatible but not 100% sure...
Yes, it will work with any monitor arm that supports VESA 75 / VESA 100 mounting standards.
Can you Dm me! So I can talk to you about this before I buy it
You can reach me at: luka@creat3d.hr
I messaged you on Etsy! @Creat3DLab
Would You know what vesa updater you would need for MSI MPG27CQ?
Yeah anyone got a solution for this monitor? Also WTF MSI? Might be the last time I play ball with them they create a stand to support a bridge like I'm over here framing my house around a monitor stand with no alternative and mod groups full of unhelpful fanboys.
Yeah, this spacer should do the trick: www.etsy.com/listing/1276095971/vesa-100-spacer-vesa-100-standoff :)
