    Was doing 2 grams for a couple of days didn’t really feel it much. Gonna try 3grams this week and see how it turns out.

    I've been taking 3 grams of glycine one hour before bedtime for a couple months now. It works well. My sleep is more restorative - a deeper sleep.

      I got on some L-Theanine, Magnesium L-threonate, and apigenin per doc Huberman's science and I also wake with serious night sweats. I wonder if we are both taking pre JYM and if the caffeine interacts with it, I hit the gym and sleep like a baby maybe 4 hours later after taking pre JYM.

      Just starting two tablets twice a day says 1300mg per serving or per 2 tablets. Would you say it is sufficient? The brand is called Nutra.

      @@SuperStruct magnesium threonae should be taken in the day, it kept me up when i took it
