Started taking 5g glycine prior to bed about 3 weeks ago.. I've noticed I'm waking up with serious night sweats.
Maybe you should cut it back to the recommended 3 g.

I got on some L-Theanine, Magnesium L-threonate, and apigenin per doc Huberman's science and I also wake with serious night sweats. I wonder if we are both taking pre JYM and if the caffeine interacts with it, I hit the gym and sleep like a baby maybe 4 hours later after taking pre JYM.
Just starting two tablets twice a day says 1300mg per serving or per 2 tablets. Would you say it is sufficient? The brand is called Nutra.
