hola ! muy bueno , en mi zetec turbo estoy haciendo con 18 psi y un gt2860rs 340 hp y 480 torque ! pistones forjado y bielas yo uso bujias de oem de focus rs mk1 y sin problemas !! y una consulta cual seria la maxima medida de piston para un zetec 2,0 16v ? el mio ya esta en 86 mm . saludos desde Argentina !!
I'm amazed at how brits handle Zetec-S & Duratec ST from Mk1 Focuses. Well... Ford came with their things in 1.6 EcoBoost with literally same block design (but upgraded head with ti-vct, like in focus mk2 1.6 ti-vct :D) and added direct injection. Currently owning one of those (1.6eb) in my mk7 fiST. I've loved my mk1 focus. And to this day i'm using parts from my mk1, especially spare rear brake pads. :D Keep up keepin those engines alive! They deserve it!

I passed my test in a face-lift one of these with a 1.8 turbo diesel, and that was quick(ish) ... This must be fuckin mental with 280😂

560cc injectors will see 380 so 590s will be more than enough for the 300hp goal
Those walbro / ti pumps top out at about that anyway.
A good alternative is a hellcat intank fuel pump good for over 500 hp.
