    UNDERRATED video! Hip mobility is EVERYTHING! I spent this past year focusing on hip mobility and it's been a game changer. Now I am able to run faster and lift heavier weights. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

    At 68, test at about 25deg. External rotation a out 45.
    After the stretch, got to 30+ deg.
    I will incorporate into my warmups, thanks!

    Agreed. Turned 30 and driving becomes a lot more common. And mobility doesn’t come as easily as before

    this hip ir test is a little confusing. i seem to pass it easily but i know i have ir issues when for example sitting in a chair and rotating my hips to lift my feet outwards. maybe it's the degree of hip flexion?

    Love your content. I see a lot of your programming videos talk about off-season training and peaking. You would an athletic development program look like for someone who doesn’t play sports? Should I use the same force-velocity curve phase oriented program and reach a peak?

    Can you do these if you have a significant hip labrum tear and FAI or are you too far gone at that point?

    For the first exercise which hip are you talking about with regard to the stretch? I can feel the hip of the front leg working hard

    So you use this internal rotation all the time, in every activity under the sun, but when you're in your 30s it's suddenly not possible to do anymore? Yeah, right...

      Measure and find out. Some people have 30 degrees no problem. But a lot of people in their 30s have less than 10 and struggle with hip tightness and pain.
