I’ve done your exercises at home for a couple of weeks now. Definitely feel better. Did today in gym using medicine ball for offset exercise. Did 10 reps with ball, followed by 10 reps no weight and it feels like someone has got deep within my hips and given them a full massage! I’ve gone almost a year trying to improve my hip mobility, which I have, but this feels like something I was definitely missing. Will let you know how I’m going in a few months, but for now I can’t thank you enough! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

Why has it taken me all these years to figure out that hip external rotation is actually hip internal rotation! Ive been doing it wrong the whole time haha. Thank you

How long does your target area stay activated? Is it something you have to do between every squat set, or is your body smart enough to keep the space available for x amount of time? Great video.

Amazing videos I agree hip internal rotation is harder for a majority of people. Any tips for shoulder internal rotation?

Can a tight rectus femoris limit hip internal rotation when bringing my knee close to the chest? Did the thomas test and my leg stays down but my leg wants to stick out straight rather than drop down to create a 90 degree angle.

Actually I'm not sure. I learned these through my mentors and they've done multiple biomechanics based courses.
