Suffered from bicep/elbow tendonitis for an eternity from overdoing chin ups until I tried the similar exercises you put out in a previous video on this subject. Vey happy to report that they seemed to help fix it (especially the first exercise)and it is no longer a problem. Thanks so much! Could a similar approach be used for other tendons too....like hip flexors?
@TheMovementSystem I have a longitudinal tear of my long head of the bicep. Have you worked with clients using this kind of methodology to work through their injury? I have most pain when halfway down or up a bicep curl. This seems great as I’ve had success with tendon issues in the past using isos, so hoping it will help and I can avoid surgery.
Love the videos could you please make a video for shoulder health I am a kabaddi player and I kften find my shoulder in awkward positions in the sport and thus I have shitty sholders
I’ve wondered this as well, but he has also mentioned that a reason why these isometric exercises are so good for rehab is because you can do them a few times in a week Without requiring long recovery times taking you out of the game for other athletic endeavors/training. I believe he has stated that for healthy non- injured tendons, you’re better off with high load, lower repetition, full ROM exercises- with adequate recovery time, of course. but I do wonder if adding a targeted tendon protocol like this (ie., for pecs/tricep) 3x week on top of normal strength training (ie., bench pressing) could this potentially benefit athletes as well, or would it be too much..
can i do these exercises to prevent the biceps from ripping? ive seen many videos of ppls biceps tendon ripping and now im bloody terrified to train biceps
@markopolo594 I don't know if you can prevent this? 90% of the videos I've seen have been guys doing a "mixed grip" on deadlifts and the bicep facing outward is what tears
I have the exact pain he is describing, but I don't see how it can be the bicep tendon when I get zero pain from bicep curls or supinating the forearm?
Bc it's during holding and stability movements that target it if you can stabilize with your rotator cuff your bicep tendon will not be the only thing engaged lessoning the load
For the distal tendon could one simply perform an isometric curl in one position against a static object for the full 30 seconds? Distal biceps tendinitis is a STUBBORN bastard.
What if my tendon cant stand do 3x30 sets cuz its sensetive and lack muscle, should everyone should stick to that protocol even tho we at diffrent stages?

People would LOVE to know YOUR answer to TENNIS ELBOW. 💪
It is the same principle…and it WORKS!
@@victorsoleactor Do you know specifically what type of holds though?
How about the tendon and the lower bicep to the forearm give us a video on that please when you get a chance thank you for all your work.
This, so much.
Yeah, i think it's the distal biceps tendonitis. This is the upper one

Thank you so much for making this video. I've been struggling with this pain for a long time.
Best ever video on internet trust me
Love your content. Strange you mentioned an exercise "floor press" without an explanation or visual
Great vid btw much appreciated. Could you do another video covering labrum tears please!
Can you make a video on how to strengthen the Tfcc wrist? Common sports injury
Could you do one on the lower tendon of the biceps please? Thank you!!

This is game chaining advice 🙏

Great video
would you also reccomend doing this protocol if my goal is just strengthening the tendons?(without any further injury)

Is there something like this for Supraspinatus tendon strength?

When I am doing cable bicep curls i don't this pain from neck to back. Now I can't move my neck to left side what should I do?? 😭😭
Do you treat all tendinopathy cases using the visco elastic creep method?
Ty for this vid.
Left biceps is crook for some time.
I assume I don't need to be injured to do this and still reap the benefits. Am I Correct?
I'd say yes, it'll strengthen the tendons to prevent injury.

I’ve been struggling with this pain daily for 15 years
Achilles tendon version plz
The singular of biceps is biceps.
❤❤

Nice information. I will never understand this whole 1-10 pain level thing. This seems very subjective.
Visco elastic creap
that first exercise did hurt if i put some elbow grease on it 😭😭😭
You have to make a video on calorie intake for tendon repair and strengthening

Shtrenth, shtrech, nerrow, unershtand, demidge, ekshercise, ken (can)... American language sounds almost like English 🤔
