    I discovered your videos after my total hip replacement and they've been so helpful. You both are my go-to PTs since COVID keeps me from going to my regular PT's office. Thank you for all you, and it helps to laugh too!

    great video. I've been doing some of these, I heard also if your working on posture, like squats, I've been told to leave palms facing outward, I need to start working on balance more, lol idk i was even exercising on some cause i was just having fun with it :) these are great so I'm gonna save video

    You both keep me moving. I just turned 86 and still walk fast. I go walking each day for at least 45 minutes besides the walking I do around my house. Still do my own housework and drive. I don’t do social media so just follow you on You Tube. My balance on one foot is not good so doing your suggested exercises is what I am doing, plus trying to improve posture. One thing I hope never to do is shuffle along.

    Great excercise. We just don't move around like we should. We have to learn to fidget like kids again, don't we,? I was in a car accident, not my fault, and due to brain injury I lost the brain paths to my inner ear, and was only balancing myself through sight. All your exercises are good, along with what my PT has me do. But the one I devised myself, crawling on my hands and knees for 15 min., is the very thing that develops the inner ear connection for a baby, so they can balance when they eventually walk. But you have to look straight ahead, focusing on one object, and do not look down while you crawl. Crawling works and strengthens many muscles too, and helps with posture.

    Iam 71old a female. I am following ur exercises for balance. Problem is with my balance ing nerve and also getting treated by a Nerologist if I do ing ur exercises Iam feeling much improvement in balance thank u sirs

    I have a problem with sciatica, probably herniated disc.
    Unfortunately I have to sit 1/2 of my day, 6 days a week. In a computer.
    Can I buy a tabble to work in a stand position?

    Hello good day I'm from Mexico my sponderolistesis is in L5 S1 I have cramps, tingling, in the legs. When I walk, I exercise.
    I was prescribed medicine could I recommend some exercises? regards

    Hi Bob and Brad - I have been getting this weird sensation in my calf, sort of like small, fine rubber bands snapping. It doesn't hurt - it's just annoying. What is it and How can I make it stop? Thank you!!!

      describer99 I know on my right calf, it honestly feels like something in a certain spot, like almost muscle spasm but hurts

    I'm not elderly ,but I have cerebral palsy . My balance has never been great ,but over I'm guessing 5 or so years it has gotten worse. I can bearly wear heels anymore.
