@@David-xy9yo a lot of the newer Tamiya kit ESC can take either one brushed or brushless, depends on what model ESC that you have
Cool video , I have a Midnight Pumpkin myself also. I haven't built it yet although I have already got a bearing set and a GT tuned Tamiya motor us a Sport Tuned motor also. I'm kind of split on paint scheme though. I love Tamiya box art on almost every Tamiya RC car but then again there are almost endless possibilities when it comes to paint work. Great video man.👌👍

I would put a sport tuned in that even though it's a 23 t the GT tuned it still has a faster RPM than the sport GT tuned which is interesting. I think you should try it with a lipo sometime see if the speed would be different.
I have never tried any of the Tamiya modified motors, might need to look into that.
sport tuned is 27t with advanced timing set on it, and it has no way near the 350 g-cm torque that tamiya claims
@@xismxist do you know that some of the super stocks in TT tuned and the ugt have over 500 or 400 GCM or you said.
Have fun with the idea of coming to knocking on my window asking me if I subscribe that would not be very good advice to do that
And I don't subscribe to anybody's channel because then other than what you're actually want interested in they put all kinds of other garbage up there that you're not interested in and it loads up my mailbox and message thing with all kinds of videos and stuff that I have no interest in whatsoever that's why I don't subscribe
