- In this video I am going to show my custom rusty Tamiya Midnight Pumpkin. The Chassis of the "Ratrod Pumpkin" is completly stock. The body is painted with an airbrush. Leave a like and subscribe, if you want to see more!

Awsome video this was the car I was guna get as a kid but they sold out before Xmas so I had to pick between lunch box and Blackfoot...
Cool mod on it I'd love to see a grave digger type of shell on it but with midnight pumpkin pumpkin farm on it with set of orange lights...awsome work sub from me
Hi! First of all thank you very much and welcome in the community :) For me the Lunchbox / Midnight Pumpkin is still my absolute favourite Tamiya RC car. The Lunchbox was by the way my second RC car I owned. And yes I totally agree. The grave digger looks so cool. :D But I think there are bodies from a brand called "parma" that may could fit on the Lunchbox... :)

Echt mega gut! Aber der kleine Karton ist echt super geil! Und der Ford auch! Du hast es echt drauf! Auch mit filmen und schneiden! Ich muss ja leider sagen das es nicht viele UA-cam Kanäle(RC) gibt die man sich auch ansehen kann.Teilweise sind es ja 10min Videos die nicht geschnitten sind! Und bei dir stimmt echt alles! Und das soagr bei so wenig Abonnenten! Ich finde es super das du dir so eine Mühe gibst! Mach so weiter! :)

Hi there! 😀 First of all thank you very much for your great feedback! For the "matchbox" I took a photo of every side of the original box. These photos were cropped and re-arranged just using Microsoft Word and Paint.net. Last I added some glue flaps, printed everything on cardboard and cutted it out.
Oooh, nice, I thought it was a matchbook lol :)
Like "how the hell did he get that print on there"..

Hi Sami! Vielen Dank für das tolle Feedback! Zunächst wurden die Befestigungen für den Überrollkäfig entfernt, so dass die ganze Ladefläche keine weiteren Erhebungen mehr hat. Dann einfach Balsaholz (o.ä.) Profile auf die entsprechenden Längen absägen und die Ladefläche beplanken. Vor dem Einkleben alles Beizen oder Ölen. 😁😀👍
