Also thank you for this video, I decided to refresh my mind since I am getting back into Traptrix and taking a break from playing meta decks like SEFK and Labrynth. I haven't played the actual real life structure deck in over a year now and I am really wanting to play that traptrix deck at locals in the future.
I would personally ranked the competitiveness of Traptrix as higher. It's my main deck and it regularly manages to beat meta-relevant decks. Then again, my deck focusses much more on utilisation of trap holes, and has a spare Rafflesia in case the first gets outed. It also has a surprising amount of consistency, it's very easy to finish a first turn board with Sera, Rafflesia, Pinguicula and Arachnocompa on field with 2 traps in the back row, and a spare Arachnocompa in hand in case the first gets popped.
As much as I love Traptrix I can't second this, 3 stars is already pretty high in my opinion. I mean, to begin with the deck is absolute garbage going second to the point you might as well concede the moment you lose the flip coin, unless your opponent bricks hard or can't counter maxx c it's basically over. We have barely any extender, "just" Sera being Sera. The sole reason we are somewhat competitive is because we are mostly a trap deck being immune to normal traps (except this damn evenly matched which is why I run Solemn judgment) Though it's pretty fun to see people wasting their imperm on Sera or use lightning storm to destroy all atk position monsters while rafflesia is on the field (or the back row while arachno protecc), still works even in diamond
i put droll in my traptrix deck and it can play through it like nothing. all their searches are on their normal summons, and after you've done all your normals for that turn, you can activate droll if your opponent maxx c'd you and build your board while your opponent only gets 1 card outta it.
don't play shifter in this deck, use D.D crow more better. And you can try 2 allure for recycle holeutea and drawing for some brick hand. Many trap hole card is better than u think.
I’ve actually been enjoying a Traptrix pile deck w/ Rikka and Therion. Definitely some good creative fun. I use needlebug to get mills on my opponents turn to trigger my Traptrix effects and use Rollback on my opponents turn too as well as use holetea eventually from GY as well. Don’t use the deck often though.
Why did the imperm not work on sera at 6:15? Same situation happened to me today and I didn't understand why. Also when will Konami limit supernpoly seriously the damn card has no downsides, no once per turn and it's at 3 ._.
Litterally the first line of text on the card xd unaffected by traps if link summoned, same for the xyz they are unaffected as long as they have materials

Dude, I like your content A LOT, but damn, I'm getting tired to see Snake-Eye everywhere, like really burning me out like crazy. Don't know why people run the same decks in a pretty much accesible Free to Play card game, it's getting annoying.
I understand the feeling but at least the Wanted + Diabellstar package is generic so it's normal to see it often. Also there aren't many people who play things outside of the most popular ones

That is why its 3. It restrict to hole only. Outside hole its not good. That is why labrynth can do everything that traptrix cant.

Simple, It's Sera's effect to be uneffected by trap cards
