I love your channel man. I built my deck based off of your other traptrix build. What are you running for an extra deck in this build?
On the first combo I think the better play is to use Holutea and Dionea as material to make Pingu then detach Holutea to activate Pingu's effect. This way you can use Holutea's effect in GY on opponent's turn to summon your Pudica from GY for another interruption.

This deck is sooooo good. I have been playing purrely at my locals but recently moved back to traptrix cause everyone was siding against me. The deck really feels so strong.
I just got back into yugioh and these structure decks make the game accessible. Thanks for the combos and keep up the good work.

I always like to have at least 1 Myermeleo in the GY as it is a non-once per turn spell/trap pop when special’d, so you can summon one off of Sera and you can special one from the GY via Holeutea’s GY effect.

I like to make long with the trap so it can be sent to grave before the opponents turn. It just makes it easier to use as an interruption on their turn with myrmeleo or pudica.
so euh, this might blow your mind, and the same for many traptrix players. But your first 2 combo's you really have no need to lock yourself into insects or plants to get the same result. Use your field spell, banishing Sera, to special summon a monster back from the grave. Then overlay first. This way you can choose what you make. Any rank 4 in the game of your choosing. At the end special that Arachnocampo, and make a Sera from that. That way, you have more variety in what you make, you're better protected, because you can make rafflesia earlier in a lot of cases (because you don't lock yourself, you don't have to end with the rafflesia.) and you get Arachno in grave incase you need to reborn it with Holeutea to avoid destruction effects for your traps.
In hand two you can also use parallel exceeds to go into rafflesia to play around nibiru
Don’t forgot too, on the first hand you also can use Holetea’s GY effect to special summon Pudica from GY to banish something!

As a traptrix player I always summon rafflesia as the fifth summon incase of nibiru, and then play into whatever other xyz I need, usually time thief on holeutea.
I don't have pop what can I switch it out with. And do u have an deck profile uploaded?
If you open with púdica and dionea, summon pudica, search for garden and activate it. Once activated go into Sera, summon dionaea, pop its effect to bring back pudica and then chain Sera’s effect to set a trap. Then Xyz pinguicula and pop her effect to search arachnocampa, special summon her thanks to her effect

You were never playing around Nibriu. It does lead to a weaker board sometimes by going for Raflesia on 5th summon, so may not always want to do it. However, in situations like 15:20 there’s no reason not to go into Raflesia on the 5th summon because you will literally have the same endboard.

Misplayed that dionea at the end. It doesn't add to hand. But it is a lot to keep up with.

I'm not understanding why you get to bring out the first copy of Parallel Exceed? It's not a TrapTrix card so why is it freely summoned? 14:40

Correction: Dionaea when special summoned can set a hole normal trap from the graveyard but banished during YOUR next end phase. Not "The next End Phase"😢

So you said you couldn't just set traptrix holeuta and activate it's effects? Is that just because you didn't have another trap card in your hand or is that always the case?? Just want to make sure I am playing it correctly
If you pitch a trap card from your hand you can activate Holeutea immediately the turn it is set.

"4:09" this point I think you should S summon Allomerus first then detached 2 material to summon back any lv 4 traptrix monster from the GY and then you activate Holeutea to S summon another traptrix from GY and then S summon Rafflesia, with that you got Allomerus bonus on the field.
yeah that a good one never thought of that. Also at 6:33 he says he would search for the pudica but didnt since he got the garden. I cant figure out why the pudica when he already used up a normal summon. any idea why?

surely this is how it works in the field and in the graveyard,so I'm not sure if it's considered as a trap or a monster in a xyz monster's material

Xyz materials are always considered their original card type. Unless of course a card would state otherwise.

We don't play by that master rule anymore. You don't have to summon them like that anymore.

Make a raflesia first to be nib proof then keep going.

Problem I have using these decks are the missed timing on trap cards… “when” effects are annoying
Very rarely is a problem for me
Your opponent will try to chain block the f out of you but it is what is as long as you understand how chains work you should be in a pretty good spot
its because you lets the game choose the timing bottom right during a duel you change the chain timing to auto/ON/OFF take it off of auto and put it on ON that way you get to pick when to use the card otherwise if you leave it on auto the game will choose to ask you to use your cards when you should been able to sooner trust had this issue with master duel and it annoyed me

This game has become so dumb no card game should allow 5 minute turns and having 20 plays happen. It was so much better back in the day. This is why magic will always be better cuz they have multiple formats and they didn’t make it retarded when they ran out of ideas. Don’t try to fix what ain’t broken
