Somehow it has become very smooth despite thr increase in the power.

Stays intact. Just disconnect the module and attach the dummy module (that comes outta the box) while giving the car for service.

We had to get the CNG uninstalled since its NOT ALLOWED/LEGAL IN BS6 ENGINES. The installer couldn't get in registered on the RC and insurance. Hence we had to take it out and sell it off separately!
Can we install in Mahindra Bolero Neo BS 6.2 and where to get installed in delhi region.

After installing this device do u feel tat gear shifting lag also minimise or nil
Its definitely better than stock but obviously this device has nothing to with the gear ratios
This tech seems like a legit and legal rip off of Volkswagen dieselgate idea. I think in P1 P2 modes, the engine will emit rich pollutants. If possible, then do compare the emissions of P2 with Economy and stock mode.
Diesel gate cannot be disturbed disturbed by any remap... Only way is to install a pre diesel gate software
Bhp how much increased?
From stock 115 bhp to close to 138 bhp at crank.
From 107.4 bhp to 118.3 bhp at wheel.
Torque 300 to 350 at crank.
Torque 246.1 to 282.8 at wheel.
What about warranty
Its plug and play unit. You can remove it or cover it up while giving your car for service and nobody will even notice it.

It depends on how you hide it while giving your car for service. You can easily remove the connector and attach the stock connector that comes with Dieseltronic box.

Nope. It retains the last set mode.
Your car is a bs6 model? / Can this be done to bs6?
No, mine is BS4.
Yes, it can be done in BS6. But make sure to mention BS6 while buying it because the unit is different for bs4 and bs6.
What about the impact on LNT and Catalytic converter? When I had called Diseltronics, they could not explain about this factor and what parameters are changed in each of the settings.
I also have a XUv300 W8 (O).
It's all about the engine tune. Nothing related to the cat. The O2 sensor values are calibrated accordingly so the ecu doesn't sense any malfunction.

This actually changes the fuel rail pressure and turbo boost by manipulating wastegate control to manage the power of the engine. In any diesel engine more fuel = more power. But if fuelling is increased then will it not result in more shoot and DPF clogging/regen more right?
Mine is a BS4, doesn't have that DPF wizardry in it.😅
Did you saw any increase in pollution level when doing the PUC in P1 or P2 mode? That would tell what exactly the box is doing.
Naah bro. Haven't got it PUC checked while on P1/P2 mode but I haven't noticed any black smoke yet...even while doing the 0-100 pulls.

I want to buy new gurkha but its low in power, can i install diesetronic in new gurkha, race dynamic site shows only single channel diesetronic for gurkha, what u advice?
My advice is...you should directly call them up and ask if a dual channel unit can be made available for gurkha or not.

Sirf AMT- Automatic W6 model may aata hai traction control and hill start assist/decend control. Manual may nahi aata.🙂

It is very easy to install. Any car mechanic can install it. Plus Dieseltronic guys will be on call with you and will help you with the installation. And iff you are from any of the big cities...you can go to any of the Dieseltronic Official Dealers to get it installed.

Ofcourse. Its made for the Diesel MT. I am using it in my AMT after consulting the Dieseltronic guys. Before ordering it online....better call them and give them my video's and channel name referrence...they might give you a special discount code.😀
What about smoke? I'VE heard many guys saying that the vehicle generate smoking problems in long term.. And since I reside in Kolkata.. What about the installment partners availablity here for Dieseltronic?
Smoke USED TO come in their "SINGLE CHANNEL DIESELTRONIC UNITS" but they have rectified that issue aswell. Dual Channel Units never had the smoke problem.
As far as installation is concerned, any location mechanic can do it (requires just one battery connection and two coupler connection that perfectly clicks in place). You will be provided with a picture of YOUR CAR for which you are ordering it so that you can easily follow the installation instructions. You can directly order it online. Let me know if you need any more help.🙂

I own a xuv300 w8(o) diesel amt, recently while climbing a hill, I had to break and car turned off and rolled back, have ever experienced something like this
It might have turned off because u were trying to accelerate very slowly up the climb right? Iff u would have braked completely to a stop, then the engine wouldn't have turned off. Am I right?

No. They hardly get into those tuning related things unless you log a complaint/issue related to fueling/ miss firing in your service job card.
Brother, I have the same car and have had the same feeling about the power delivery. Been contemplating to get this one, since quite sometime but wasnt quite sure . Also, how is it performing in 'E' mode ? How are the auto gear shifts in lower gear ranges ? I mean at what RPM levels would the gear shift from 1 to 2 to 3 on 'E' mode ?
Gearing remained uneffected in all the modes. Each gear revs in the same way it used to do. In ECO mode...the turbo power surge become way more linear and engine feels extra smooth.
Also in E mode...the trottle response is dulled down.

Ye bhai manual ke liye he bana tha...maine apne Automatic may laga liya isse...since transmission ka fueling se koi relation nahi hota.😀

Maine wo i20 2 saal pehle he bech diya hai. 🙂 Agar bahar se i20 pe cng install karwane ka sochre ho toh MATT KARWANA please. i20 bahut bhaari gaadi hai (weight vise). Cng pe kaafi lag feel hota hai.

Haven't checked it yet bhai😅 But the pickup does feel way faster.

Yes but I tried testing the avg only on the highways while I went out touring. Avg improved by 1.5 kmpl even in the powerful P1 and P2 modes. I didn't try testing the avg in ECO MODE in the city yet.
