    Thank you for sharing this video. I was able to load my gun with the instructions in the box but it was giving me trouble with using it. You video did help a lot. I was ready to return it to Hobby Lobby. Works great now.

    Thanks for showing how to load. Got it loaded very easy. I found my new ATG machine at a junk store for $3.00. I was thrilled. I used a 50% off coupon at Michaels Store and got 2 rolls of tape for about $2.50. I used to use a small tape runner that ran out within two cards. So you can see how excited I was to find this one. I have seen others us these large guns on You Tube. I checked out the cost of this gun at Michaels while I was there and it was $40.00. WOW! now I'm really excited.

    OMG. I've had my gun for awhile and have been so frustrated with it! Thanks for this helpful video. I was not having the tape go over the roll before winding on.

    Sorry I forgot to ask my question. Can you just lay the ATG gun down on table when not in use or should I do something special to store it?

    • @RickGrigsby1
      @RickGrigsby1  8 років тому

      +Crafty Lady Sure, I just store mine in a drawer. You could lay it on the table with no trouble.

    • @RickGrigsby1
      @RickGrigsby1  5 років тому

      I don't store mine in any special way. The only thing to think about maybe is if the exposed "sticky" makes contact in a craft bag or something like that. I keep one in a drawer and one on my classroom table.

      @@RickGrigsby1 you mean the lock? I did exactly the video told me to do/ this i smy first time using it.

    • @RickGrigsby1
      @RickGrigsby1  4 роки тому

      Dawn Picota At 1:15 I demonstrate the guard.

    • @RickGrigsby1
      @RickGrigsby1  4 роки тому

      Dawn Picota. No the black guard. If the tape is falling off the rollers that contact your paper, squeeze the trigger and try to tighten the tension a bit before you replace the guard. As you use the tool, the tension should adjust.

    I hope somebody sees this...my tape is not centered on the rollers. Does that mean I did something wrong?

    • @RickGrigsby1
      @RickGrigsby1  5 років тому

      Did you remember to put the guard back on after you loaded a new roll of tape? If the tape is laying down smoothly, it may not matter. I'm not sure if mine is centered, I'll look at it and see. :-)

    • @RickGrigsby1
      @RickGrigsby1  5 років тому

      My tape isn't centered on the rollers either. Doesn't need to be.
