Thank you for sharing this video. I was able to load my gun with the instructions in the box but it was giving me trouble with using it. You video did help a lot. I was ready to return it to Hobby Lobby. Works great now.
thank you so much I got a roll of the tape that was backwards and was about ready to toss my gun than I watched you video and what a great totorial. you saved my gun thanks again.
Just subscribed thank you so much for this video, I’m glad I found it! They need to have a link to your video with their instructions because I was so confused with the written directions.
Thanks for showing how to load. Got it loaded very easy. I found my new ATG machine at a junk store for $3.00. I was thrilled. I used a 50% off coupon at Michaels Store and got 2 rolls of tape for about $2.50. I used to use a small tape runner that ran out within two cards. So you can see how excited I was to find this one. I have seen others us these large guns on You Tube. I checked out the cost of this gun at Michaels while I was there and it was $40.00. WOW! now I'm really excited.
OMG. I've had my gun for awhile and have been so frustrated with it! Thanks for this helpful video. I was not having the tape go over the roll before winding on.
I don't store mine in any special way. The only thing to think about maybe is if the exposed "sticky" makes contact in a craft bag or something like that. I keep one in a drawer and one on my classroom table.
Dawn Picota. No the black guard. If the tape is falling off the rollers that contact your paper, squeeze the trigger and try to tighten the tension a bit before you replace the guard. As you use the tool, the tension should adjust.
Did you remember to put the guard back on after you loaded a new roll of tape? If the tape is laying down smoothly, it may not matter. I'm not sure if mine is centered, I'll look at it and see. :-)
I have not used the gun for a long while, thank you for your clear and well spoken tutorial. Love from Australia.
Thank you so much for this video! Much easier than the instructions provided with the box :)

thank you for making this video... I know how to load and use my atg gun now.
Sorry I forgot to ask my question. Can you just lay the ATG gun down on table when not in use or should I do something special to store it?
+Crafty Lady Sure, I just store mine in a drawer. You could lay it on the table with no trouble.

Thank you! I had my gun for over a year and didn't do as you instructed, it never cut cleanly.

how come the takpe keeps falling off the reel?
Did you remember to put the guard back on? I forget all the time!
@@RickGrigsby1 you mean the lock? I did exactly the video told me to do/ this i smy first time using it.
Dawn Picota At 1:15 I demonstrate the guard.
Dawn Picota. No the black guard. If the tape is falling off the rollers that contact your paper, squeeze the trigger and try to tighten the tension a bit before you replace the guard. As you use the tool, the tension should adjust.
I hope somebody sees this...my tape is not centered on the rollers. Does that mean I did something wrong?

My tape isn't centered on the rollers either. Doesn't need to be.
Well I am still having trouble with it
+Donna Armstrong Sorry you're having trouble, Donna. What part of the process is giving you problems?
What trouble are you having? Can I help?
