When i was young i dont really what best food i taken but now in this year i become 46 yrs old i more like drink water, milk, tea o with chinese food, less sugar and salt because my body always detects sugar, high blood and cholesterol..
Doc, how come no one (including yourself) addresses the issue of cadmium & lead content in cacao? These plants seek those metals out via their roots. It's a natural occurrence like other plants. Chocolate comes from cacao. Companies don't certify nor include the metal contents in their cacao/chocolate products which they should.
That's a great point! However...since the doc consumes it regularly, I'm guessing he's either aware and not concerned in the long term. OR, and I find this hard to believe, he doesn't know.
He recently did a video on this
Gotta eat more chocolate Doc. That looks delicious 😊.
Is hot green coffee or regular hot black coffee better? I understand that the chlorogenic acid level in green coffee is higher than regular roasted coffee. Thank you
Lucky soul ! J’adore ❤️ Paris! Happy hot Coco!
You can make a low sugar low fat hot cocoa at home, using almond milk and stevia and Hershey dark coco powder from the baking aisle at the market.
He talks about cacao but how much per day is needed to have a positive effect on health?
Hot in SoCal.🥵Thank you and safe travels doc.
Ele falou que cacau é muito saudavel pela saude.
How many times a day Hot Chocolate and how much?
I remember that he's recommended 2 cups a day, but I really have no idea what the quantities of ingredients are. I just use two level tablespoons, diluted first with water, and then I add the matrix beverage of my choice...coffee, hot milk or hot coconut milk.
Hello Dr Li
I've bought your books, do you agree with eating grass fed meats?
I love dark chocolate, but I don’t know how they make that delicious French drink😅
Hello Dr Lee I am still trying to find out where I can find your video on what the hot chocolate recipe is to drink two times per day that you say helps to double the stem cells. What is the exact recipe please??? Thank you.

100% Cacao with no sugar..
I use 100% cacao but I make it with whole grass milk and some sugar. You can't remove all the good tasting things in life, or life isn't as fulfilling.

I am a bit worried about the cadmium and the oxalates in cocoa and chocolate. Would a low fat cocoa powder contain less than regular cocoa powder and chocolate?
