06/19/23: Rican Captain's Log: On this June SSS, on this Juneteenth Day, this saucy ride was as I mentioned, saucy! The sweats, the jumps, the speeds, all of it! And then my cage pedal on my left started to make noise! I continued on but frustrated at the same time, but I had to focus and say to myself, "Not today, this is my time now!". And so I carried on, mindfully and focusing on just that... my time! So thank you Kaleigh for this amazing challenge and looking forward to week 3!
This ride tho!! It is friggin' awesome!! I stay strong for my son and for me!! I love the feeling working out gives me!! And I get 1% Better Everyday!! ❤❤❤❤❤

I started my Third week of SSS today I love all Three challenges. I am getting stronger mentally & physically. I lost my mom three months ago to Dementia at age 74, I know she is cherry me on from Heaven to take care of myself now because I took care of her thru her illnesses.Thank you KC for pushing me 😅😊 and the music on fire 🔥 Ty JC
