Man here is a doubt that the CO and NO have same configuration then how their MO diagram are having different structure there .in CO you placed π2p first and in NO you placed π2p after the sigma p .???? Thats am not getting please resolve this query
@@rjcoaching4284 N2 and CO both will follow lighter molecular configuration as they have upto 14 electrons while O2 and NO will follow heavier molecules configuration as they have beyond 14 electrones. Please see the video MOT (part-1 ) carefully.

Ma'am oxygen has higher ionization energy than carbon. Shouldn't you have showen the orbital of oxygen higher than carbon in CO??
In energy level diagram oxygen has lower energy than carbon due to higher electro negativity of oxygen
