      If its a sigma bond (BO) then it is gerade, and if it is a sigma* bond(ABO) , then ungrade. If it is a pi bond then ungerade. and if it is pi* bond then gerade. You can just do constructive and destructive addition of diffrent types of atomic orbitals to find that out.

    Why do the pi bonds get electrons first if the atomic number is less than 8?
