At around 0:11 the ACE bar appears briefly which leads me to it was going to be in the animation but was cut along with the blue bar and the storm thingy Also at 0:24, the red fatality number shows up which was the only time in this animation which I'm guessing was also cut someway in production

I know people will say that Debby wasn’t a huge deal but I vividly remember Homosassa and Crystal River were under at least 2-3 feet of water and that a tornado went through a rural area near my house, a few houses sustained minor roof damages and trees were split in half.
Most of the damage from Sandy was due to coastal flooding. Because of its size it was able to move a lot of water. The last hurricane to affect the NYC area before Sandy was Gloria in 1985. I asked my dad about Gloria and he said that Gloria had worse wind damage while Sandy had worse flooding. We got lucky during Gloria because it struck at low tide while Sandy sadly struck at high tide.
In my personal list of worst hurricanes. Sandy ranks 4th. Behind Harvey, Maria, and Katrina. Sandy while only a Post Tropical Cyclone with 80 mph winds. It’s large wind field and deep pressure drove a storm surge of 8-18 feet with 30 foot waves at the Jersey shore. Destroying 650,000 homes, killing 150 in the Northeast, wiped out power to 8.5 million, and caused 75 billion in damage making it the 4th costliest American Hurricane. I remember being in it. I remember the High Winds, heavy rain, historic, once in a 200 year floods, and heck, 2 feet of snow with blizzard conditions on the back side of Sandy. A HURRICANE! Sandy was historic and as Earth continues to warm due to human activity, we could see more Northeast Hurricanes like or even worst than Sandy.
