  • One of the most compelling web shows I have seen, probably in India's history and something I feel, every indian should watch! #rocketboys is available on #sonyliv and has little to no buzz. The #jimsarbh and #ishwaksingh starrer is a product from #bollywood that everyone should pay attention to! I hope you like the Rocket Boys Season 2 Review & Analsysis | Jim Sarbh & Ishwak Singh Interview With Anmol Jamwal

I just finished watching this today and damn the ending which showed Dr. Bhabha, Dr. Sarabhai, Mrilanini Ji, Dr. Kalam and Dr. Ramanna had me bawling like a baby. It suddenly hit me that despite of all obstacles they faced in their lives, they strived for their passion, they strived for the betterment of India, they strived for science. Our brilliant scientists had this long due. If at least one young mind is ignited due to this series, it is worth it.

@@TriedRefusedProductions I have this pet peeve that this show deals with very controversial issues and some issues while true to the history becomes very anti us. So, while they realised that season 1 had become very popular, so maybe the internet companies were directed to not to let this show s2 become popular. In the backdrop of rus vs ukr this actually makes sense as its against this interest that anti americanism doeant grow within indian populas.

My most favourite character was Pipsy. When Homi died, I literally cried. It was like an incomplete love-story. The two deserved so much better. Also, it is very rare to see an actor like Jim Sarbh who initially started off with negative roles, rise to such a huge level and establish himself in a cut-throat industry like Bollywood. So much so that he will be remembered in his role as Homi Jehangir Bhabha for the years to come. I hope he grows as actor, and I personally wish to see him as the main lead in a commercial movie which makes 1000+ Cr. I know the last one was too far fetched 😬 But no harm in trying😍. I'm just grateful for such a wonderful series like this to exist for the Indian audiences. I have always heard about these great scientists (Dr. Homi Bhabha, Dr. Vikram Sarabhai) but I never bothered to learn more about them or how exactly they were involved in the country's progress. Through this wonderfully directed show, I'm just inspired and motivated by their patriotism and how they kept the interest of the country above everything else.
These scientists are our true heroes and we should celebrate them more in our media, print, and culture. I hope this show gets more viewership and audience because every Indian must watch this and understand and appreciate our history.
This show is about the struggles faced by India and these scientists to prepare and develop India's first nuclear bomb. Despite oppositions from all the neighboring countries and the powerful USA/CIA, we have managed to achieve our goal of creating this bomb. All thanks to the contributions by so many of our scientists, that today India is able to guard its borders from enemies.
This show is a combination of suspense/thriller/patriotism. Much better than any of the other thriller movies which you might see, and also this is mostly based on real life. Overall, I'm happy to have watched this show and looking forward to more such shows and to learn more about our unsung heroes.

A show which managed to keep its heroes grounded, yet launched them into the stars.
This was the perfect blend of fact, fiction, love, patriotism, pride and many other emotions. Nothing over the top, and it still came out looking like the best show of Indian OTT. Sony has been silently killing it with these productions, and I truly hope this show gets the success it deserves

14:44 in the latter part, you went in very deep asking the questions, and to hear their responses was a delight. Talking about making rudimentary conversations and its evolution into full fledged films, and hearing this from Jim 15:21 when he notices and mensions subtleties in common conversation felt very very relatable to me, as I can't help but notice the same in every social setting but no one notices these things.
In a way its an art everyone learns at some point in life. Its NOT ALWAYS EASY for me to maintain good conversation be it small talk or big ones.
    I appreciate it

This webseries shows how biopics should be made. Exceptional casting. In-depth research which just hooks you to each and every detail!
A glimpse into their personal life connects us with each of the characters so well.
Best part is that they have shown each character convincingly with their plus points and as well as grey shades. The show has successfully shown each character as human rather than hero worshiping.
In today’s one sided narrative this show has successfully shown the challenges faced by our national leaders post independent India. It also showed their courage which helped our country to make progressive decisions.
The time progression was shown so organically that viewer got engrossed into the series.
The ending was beautiful and I was speechless at the end.

Somehow having watched both the seasons, my favourite is the first one.. that was more character driven and the scientific aspects were very nicely explained even for the layman.. also the personal aspects were so neatly etched out.. this season kinda goes mission impossible after the fourth episode and while the thrilling aspects are also well enacted and picturized, I connected more with the first season. Having said that I'm sure there will be audiences who will resonate equally with season 2 as well... All in all , a very watchable and highly engaging docu drama which for a change is NOT a crime thriller.. Highly recommended ❤️
