    I used to have headaches 2-3X/month until I finally decided to have a chiropractor give me a checkup. He found my C-1 was way out of line and gave it an adjustment. Boy did I feel stupid for enduring those headaches for almost 25 yrs, when it was not hard to fix. They have not recurred for the last decade - what a relief !

    I really love your videos...are exceptional!
    What I dislike....those images with schelets and nusclrs..I suffer of depresion and thise images make me mire depressed.
    It is very well when you just explain practical...without those images!

    Thank you for this! I’ve been “doctoring” the 2 am “ram horn” migraines for 3 years now. I have a tens unit I use often, but can you suggest where to place the pads? The exercises worked well, and I just cried a bit after doing them because they did provide some relief. Thanks again.

    Wow, these trigger point therapy exercises have given relief to my jaw and ear area pain! I've heard many people in NZ say PTs won't show you the easiest or best exercises to do at home coz they just want you back thru door of their clinic $. Well, thankyou! I'd forgotten how to use logical intuitive exercises. As we say in NZ..bang on! Thanks heaps!

    Thanks will try these. Having a hellish time with my neck for over 12 months sadly due to an inexperienced chiro cracking my neck. Nothing broken but xray shows arthritis and osteoporotic bone. I will give these exercises a go as the GP physio gave me exercises (no comment) just made it worse, so bad that I was wondering if I had ON.

    thanks for these really helpful videos. i have also been doing the shoulder ones and especially the pinch nerve pain in the neck. i have had physio treatments but i can do these every day. so thanks very much they will help me in the long run.

    I fell off from three storey building. I have c7 spinous process fracture and c7-t1 subluxation due to which I have little hump on the back of neck with little pain. Can you please suggest me some beneficial exercise? Can subluxation be fixed with physiotherapy?

    Thank you that really works massaging the pain i n my neck and shoulders. It cause me to get headaches I usually have a headache everyday. I’m slumping and it’s causing my spine to curve up and it’s pushing into my neck, that has caused bulging disc
    in the neck which produces more headaches . Any advice for me? Thank you, Connie

    Do you have any exercises for Scoliosis? But not in the upper or middle part of the spine; but the lower part of the spine close to the pelvis.

      Often a scoliosis in that area is caused by a leg length difference. Is that what is happening?
