I've taken XINNIX course, did all the exercises, ingested all the awesome knowledge, but this shit right here!! I started my 12 week challenge today, scored an impromptu lunch and got a response to my email. You guys are seriously doing the lords work! Keep doing what you're doing because it's molding me into a pretty solid MLO!

So doing the math....basically reach out to 720 realtors in 12 weeks and have an 8.33% conversion rate? :) Off we go! Building the list is the hardest part

If you are like me and have a bit of a time building up the nerve to start calling realtors I have a tip for you. Try Buffini’s 100 Days to Greatness. It’s ar a cost but it gets you to work your sphere of influence to build up confidence and skill. After that I’ll be on this challenge 💯 🔥

I hate this covid crap.. it makes the meeting up more difficult than it should be??
We do too. Don’t let Covid become an obstacle though. Although Zoom meetings are not the same as getting belly to belly we have found them to work well and in some cases they helped us land a meeting that we otherwise would have never landed.
