More people like Mr. Sanyal with bold ideas and guts to implement them against vested interests that fight tooth and nail to any change to crony capitalism are what India desperately needs. Strict enforcement of contracts, uncompromising stand on law and order, one country-one law, stif and immediate punishment of all criminal behaviors - these are what Indian people long for. If the present govt can deliver these, it will be in power for a long time.

I have met him at JLF 2017, in his great great wealth of knowledge of History and Economics, he is a simple, unassuming person. Despite his work and living long time abroad, he is a true NATIONALIST INDIAN

I have a question, when GOI is going to bite the bullet about reforming land ownership / title system?
GST were pushed because the middle (chattering) class having a clear understanding about indirect tax. But I am sure even finance professionals do not understand the maze of laws governing land ownership.Many study suggest 1.5~2% is GDP is locked in bad land ownership governance.
Pls.,pls.,pls. Indicate the dates of the interviews, for heaven’s sake. Is UA-cam listening!

In my opinion we shall become " less critic and more analytic " because when we look over reforms of 1991 , the reforms were done in 1991 onwards and starts performing from the year 2000 onwards. Atleast we should give them 10 years to show the performance.

LifeInTheMatrix Mr. Sanyal is a Bengali. Would you rather he insist on speaking Bengali? Hope it's understood that Hindi is not our national language either. It is an official language, like 21 others including English. No reason to privilege Hindi over other languages.

Globalization at one end is not supported but I don't why govt allowed 100% FDI. In Demonetisation also the govt is not revealing stories that created sensation like Bank Manager's role, Money came in to what extent they identified it as black and unanswered cum penalized etc., Money gone out from banking system where did it go? Many more questions are not answered or even questioned for that matter?? However Sanjay seems good in his approach 👍 not acted like politician's

This discussion is not well placed. We are propagating GST,Demonetisation and justification are being given. All said and done we are stamping Chinese products and showing made in India. It’s easy to do by just putting new chips in the system and speeding. We don’t care for larger population and celebrate success in conference and discussion in AC fitted halls.
The truth will not be lies by saying of yours, India is richer, compairing ambani and adaani is more easy and you will prove what about agriculture sector what about your argument about your laughable things which all stile jobs from all sector only globalisation is just a dream and will never become reality.
