Very beautiful performance! I have never heard of this gem until now.
I'm in 8th grade and this is my NYSSMA solo. All I can say is that this song has left my lips in shambles so far. It is beautiful though.

@@Caleb31595 NYSSMA is an association based in New York State. It is made up of music teachers. From time to time there are events where certain parts of music are graded. For example the NYSSMA solo festival. During the school year you have to learn, as the name implies, a solo. Near the end of the school year you will have to play your solo, some scales, and a bit of sight-read music for a judge. he or she will then grade your performance. hopefully this cleared things up for you!

Is there a specific tempo range that you had for this piece? I am a freshman in college who has to play this on trombone and I am trying pinpoint something to tell my accompaniments.
