I really don't understand why people dislike these videos. ive never commented on them but watched for couple years now. and I love everyone one. keep them coming
Definite improvement when you add the “extras” of food, stops, etc into the story. After all riding is about more than just the ride. It’s about friends, stopping to talk about the road just travelled, eating, drinking, and if she will let you, feeling merry!
Another excellent video, I look forward to the rest in this series. I stumbled across the Ronda a few years back & it’s the best biking roads I’ve ever come across, the missus wasn’t best pleased as her screams testified , the height & the drops were spectacular at our coffee stop the ladies wouldn’t leave the roadside.
Thanks TMF for letting us snow bound souls live vicariously through you! Another great vid mate! Very much looking forward to the next installment. Cheers!
Toro are first class. Had a brilliant five days touring the area organised by them last November. Collected from airport, satnav pre-programmed and hotels and sunny weather pre-booked. Great people, immaculate bikes, can’t recommend it highly enough!
I envy you TMF your living the dream. Beautiful weather, scenery and let's not forget the bike. Looking forward to the valentine's live stream, I haven't told the misses yet.
Another great tour video TMF, and another to add to the ever-lengthening tour list of places I’d much rather be. Glorious ride away from this dismal weather you lucky so and so. Keep up the great work.
Lovely to see you enjoying a bit of sunshine and some cracking roads and only 800 miles away. Spring still seems a long way off here. Looking forward to next weeks offering.👍
Thanks Andy - frustrating how little distance you have to travel to find the sun eh? It’s a great trip, I can’t recommend winter bike touring enough....
Brilliant video again mate, awesome roads, the GS rally is a beautiful bike, can’t wait till Friday,do love your tour videos ,thanks for sharing stay safe .
Lovely ride and really blue skies, without Jet trails no less! Toro Adventures is now on my Bucket List! Thanks so much for sharing! The RST Adventure suit looks nice as does your host's helmet which I can not place the model... if you happen to know it...
... Rhonda is indeed a lovely town to visit - went there for a day's trip on a Suzuki Inazuma 250 whilst on a week's family break a couple of years back. Some lovely roads and views!
Excellent review TMF, brought back memories of my trip there last year. I've been out to see Lyndon and his team a couple of times now, once off road with the Yamaha's and at the end of last year I did an on road and off road trip on the GS Rallye. Toro Adventure/ Toro trail are outstanding, always well organised and safe.
Stunning roads ... you lucky bugger TMF 😓 I like the mix of video's that you bring us, I've bored with some of the pure review or touring channels, but you have enough variation to keep the interest up. Looking forward to episode 2.
Thank you....what a great vid to watch while I have my morning coffee .. and wait and wait and wait .....for this New England winter to break so I can get rolling again.
Awesome!!! Anothergreat vid TMF and the riding is just superb down there isn’t it. Lyndon is a top man and a real character, looking forward to the rest of the vids in the series bud 👍
...if you listen carefully to (I think) episode 3 when Lyndon is showing me the off-road ropes, you even get a mention as having taught him something about the GS! Have a great trip this weekend....
TheMissendenFlyer I taught HIM something?! Blimey that’s kind of him to say! Look forward to watching the rest of the series mate, those roads look amazing. Yeah I think I may drown tomorrow on the Land’s End run! 😬👍
Have ridden with Toro trails for the last 3 years everything is perfect, the riding, accommodation, food and beer . Lyndon really knows his bikes top bloke 100% all round .
QUIT WHINGING ABOUT THE WEATHER IN ENGLAND!!! It was -30 here last night. We just got 2 feet....yes....FEET of fresh snow over the last 3 days! All kidding aside....looks like another great adventure TMF. I'm looking forward to watching it.
Toured Spain again earlier this year and called at Ronda. The roads around there are spectacular. Come to think of it, most of the roads through Spain are spectacular! Can't see me doing a fly/ride but interesting to watch your experience. What a hobby, motorcycling 👍
A gorgeous azure schmooze through southern Spain. I enjoyed it nearly as much as you. Went to Bubión many years ago, to this day regret not hiring a motorcycle.
Just back from a 3 day white villages stress buster. Absolutely fantastic experience. Lyndon is a top bloke and everything Toro do is first class. Watching this vid and feeling nostalgic already means it won’t be too long before I’m booking up again. Might opt for the cowboy tour next. Ride safe👍
2nd lol. Love the intro when you say hey kids its the TheMissendenFlyer. So it's never depressing weather wise in Beautiful Southern Arizona lol, it's always sunny 95% of the time haha! Take Care!!
Love that road, driven it in a Fiat 500 which was big fun... yes really! But on a GS, heaven... Rhoda is gorgeous, so photogenic so looking forward to part 2....
The Fiat 500 hire car in Spain was so much fun I purchased one for my 18 year old son to learn to drive in, unfortunately for him I keep pinching it as its hilarious on a twisty road!
..that sounds like it has it's own charm - glad to give you some contrast! ....would love to visit Penn some day...we have very local links to the state....
Great video as always TMF, especially interesting as i am currently emailing Toro Adventure about a tour. Great to see the company in your video. Looking forward to the next episodes. Keep up the great work on the channel.
Another quality video, although I’m slightly jealous of the weather! No doubt that BMW make stunning motorcycles. Thanks TMF, looking forward to the next episode!
actually, it is 62.1 mph. this above formula is a quick and easy way for an average person to convert kph to mph. yes it is on the the low but when driving that helps you err on the side of caution. just saying.
Ah now you’re talking mate, these are the roads I’ve ridden for a few years. Ronda is one of my favourite places in the world, stayed there twice and again coming this year. The GS is brill as you say, crank it over mate...you’ll be surprised. Looking forward to the series, kind regards.
I love your travel orientated videos the best mate. The road surfaces throughout the south of Spain are gernerally fantastic with the occasional piece of chaos thrown in to keep you awake. This is puely anecdotal but it's been my experience that Spanish drivers are the most aware of their mirrors & are generally the most amenable to letting faster traffic pass. Looking forward to the next one. P.S. You're going to love Ronda.
Thanks for getting back to me I only have 2000 miles on mine so hopefully it will in prove , I have to say this vid is one of your best , maybe cos your riding my bike lol keep them coming , you should start to sell stickers as I think there would be a market for them. Cheers Jon.
Watching this has eased my temperament whilst suffering another flu dosage and may actually help me get better with that big yellow thing shining brightly on those 2 blue Beemers. You looked more at ease aboard, and the white van but it's a San Miguel van so it's ok made me chuckle. Me and the Mrs were near there on a scoot but said next time (later this year) we 'll be on a bike. Great vids Tmf. And a health tonic!
My brother in law lives in a place called Coin, which is about ten min's drive from Alhaurin so we know that area. Been to Ronda a couple of times (the gorge is just amazing) and you are right, the roads are brilliant for bikers. I might just watch this video again in a minute!
MrF.....you lucky bar-steward! What were we saying earlier....this is wonderful...much better than trudging down a French motorway on a Gold Wing! Wow....I’m going to book a tour at this place. 2 words of of warning though.....Firstly, as here in SW France, the weather gets awfully hot in mid-summer.....up to 35 degrees so unless you want to get cooked....be careful! My favourite riding is in Spring and Autumn, Winter is just wet! Secondly, never say ‘hello’ to a Spanish dog, they don’t speak English! ;) looking forward eagerly to part 2.
Great video mr. TMF! Must go over there myself sometime. But hey, after plugging in my heated jacket riding with temperatures below zero is great fun also...
Shame in the UK we have to wait for those glorious windows of opportunity to have warm dry roads with sticky tyres, however I think we do appreciate them more. Another great start to another tour series!!
What a lucky man makes us all feel desperate to get out on our bikes, that’s until we look out the window at the rain, I rode the new Rallye last February in Portugal with BMW Offroad they are fantastic on the gravel as you will have found out by now. Loo forward to the next instalment. 👍🏼
Fantastic, you get to ride in some lovely places TMF. I love riding in Spain, not been that far south though. The roads all seem to be in really great condition.
I've done biking down there with another bike rental outfit BMW motorhire in Teba, big villa pool similar to Toro. Closer to the mountains but still great. My mate uses Toro for trail riding he's been loads and loves it. Mountain roads are epic down there enjoy
Like you said how lucky you are in doing this type of review it’s us that is lucky in having you in doing this review just keep up the fab good work.🏍👍
We did a short 4 day Brittany ferries tour last year in North eastern Spain called the 'wine and gastronomy' tour. Brilliant hotels, excellent food and fabulous wines of course. Key point; incredible roads virtually traffic free with good grippy surfaces BUT, no high alpine style passes or particular places of note which were not missed in the slightest. Having ridden the stelvio, grimsell, susten, furka etc., all of which are brilliant but just too busy. Spain is THE place to go.
Ive done off road tours in the same area years back with another company, great place to ride, this looks great as well, you will have to do there morroco tour next time, and you still managed to find white van man in spain.
I saw this series last winter and thought that would blow away the winter blues nicely. I tried to book a week with Toro in spring, but it didn't work out so I went for October - only a few weeks left to wait now! It'll be my first ride on a GS, so looking forward to that. Hope it handles well with my missus on the back. She won't be coming on the off-road day, anyway!
Thanks! We'll be flying out at the end of next week, so I'm guessing we'll miss you. Hope you have a good trip, and I look forward to seeing the videos.
I flew down a couple of years ago to Tototrail. An amazing adventure. Lyndon was the glue that held it all together. A real gent. I agree with the beginning of your video. The riding was fantastic but the bits in between were just as good. The new villa looks great. So I'll have to return soon. I must admit that on the off road trails I was a bit of a pussy, never actually doing anything like that before, I missed a few sections . It amazed me what those bikes can do. I look forward to your next instalment, and make sure you include Lyndon's guitar.......
Had to watch this again. I lived in Spain from 92-97 while in the Air Force. Beautiful country and wonderful people there.
It's really cool to see you riding on roads that I was on two weeks ago!
I really don't understand why people dislike these videos. ive never commented on them but watched for couple years now. and I love everyone one. keep them coming
Thanks Matt - very kind of you and thanks for breaking cover!
Having spent the best part of 2hrs in cold drizzle watching my son play football, the warm glow from your video was the perfect antidote! Good stuff.
Excellent - glad I could help!
what a great ride on lovely bikes through awesome countryside and roads, looking forward to the next vid.
Yes it was fabulous - this one just gets better and better (as does the weather)....stay tuned for more next Friday!
Definite improvement when you add the “extras” of food, stops, etc into the story. After all riding is about more than just the ride. It’s about friends, stopping to talk about the road just travelled, eating, drinking, and if she will let you, feeling merry!
:0) Excellent - lots more of that to come in this series...stay tuned!
Fantastic twisties to be had. This region is now on the list. Scenery, cafes, & the GS. Magic. Cheers
Yes and it's brilliant for off-road too - stay tuned to see what I mean!
What a nice ride, the weather looked to be perfect! Thanks for sharing!👍
In fact the weather was even nicer the next day when we went off-road....stay tuned!
Yes that "Ronda Road" is coming up - awesome bit of riding territory...
I've watched quite a few of your reviews , but this style of Vlog is just amazing! Thanks so much !
Thank you very much - glad you liked it :0)
I bought my Rallye last October and I love it.
Yes lovely machine eh?
Thanks TMF for letting us snow bound souls live vicariously through you! Another great vid mate! Very much looking forward to the next installment. Cheers!
Cheers Patrick - it gets better this one too - the off-road stuff on the big GS is amazeballs.....
+TheMissendenFlyer you're definitely the oldest person to have ever said 'amazeballs' haha great stuff
Toro are first class. Had a brilliant five days touring the area organised by them last November. Collected from airport, satnav pre-programmed and hotels and sunny weather pre-booked. Great people, immaculate bikes, can’t recommend it highly enough!
Great stuff - and I thoroughly agree!
Thats it, Im retiring to Spain now, Frinton can wait..!
:0)
I envy you TMF your living the dream. Beautiful weather, scenery and let's not forget the bike. Looking forward to the valentine's live stream, I haven't told the misses yet.
Good man!
Another great tour video TMF, and another to add to the ever-lengthening tour list of places I’d much rather be. Glorious ride away from this dismal weather you lucky so and so. Keep up the great work.
Thanks Richard - always good to have you along!
Oh yes Sir, another great video. Andalucia is heaven for bikers for sure. Brings back great memories :-)
Ahhhh a wonderful video to watch on a snowy day ... dreaming that I was there...
Nice one :0)
You are a lucky chappy to enjoy the Spanish countryside and weather at this time of the year. It looks awesome. Looking forward to the next episode.
Indeed Nikki - stay tuned, next instalment on Friday (and this series gets better and better)....
Now I so want to do this tour. Awesome stuff.
Go for it Shawn - link in the detail below....

What a road...you were flying indeed!
Excellent review TMF, brought back memories of my trip there last year. Toro Adventure/ Toro trail are outstanding, always well organised and safe.
100% agreed - stay tuned for some off-road stuff coming in the next few episodes...
Stunning roads ... you lucky bugger TMF 😓 I like the mix of video's that you bring us, I've bored with some of the pure review or touring channels, but you have enough variation to keep the interest up. Looking forward to episode 2.
Thank you Fenner-G, I try to mix it up as much as I can, keeps it interesting for me too then...
Thank you....what a great vid to watch while I have my morning coffee .. and wait and wait and wait .....for this New England winter to break so I can get rolling again.
Spring is on it's way! In the meantime enjoy these for the next few Fridays.....
100% agree!
TheMissendenFlyer if you get chance have a look at my UA-cam page and if your ever down south and fancy some offroad can show you around .
I’m assuming you’re in Canada or somewhere similarly north Sean? ...I couldn’t hack that sort of weather.....keep warm!
Toured Spain again earlier this year and called at Ronda. The roads around there are spectacular. Come to think of it, most of the roads through Spain are spectacular! Can't see me doing a fly/ride but interesting to watch your experience. What a hobby, motorcycling 👍
Agreed!
A gorgeous azure schmooze through southern Spain. I enjoyed it nearly as much as you. Went to Bubión many years ago, to this day regret not hiring a motorcycle.
Yes it's got to be done in these warm places eh?
Best video yet, thanks!! I need a holiday, I'm going to check them out! 😀
Don't forget to tell them you saw them on The Missenden Flyer!
Excellent. Loved it. Looking forward to the next episode sitting here in Canada at -25C
Wow Dave, that’s not funny ❄️
Nice one, like the extra colour with the background story, it really adds to the experience.
Good stuff Graeme - a few more to come - stay tuned!
The beautiful trajectory of Lyndon's riding can be learned a lot.
Agreed....
Gorgeous country. Ms Wolf did a tour of Portugal and Spain in June. I can see that I'm going to have to make it over one of these days.
Ride safe👍
Nice one Jazz - I hope you told Lyndon where you saw him first?
Brilliant video, really enjoyable, looking forward to the next instalment.👍🏻
Thanks Barry - next one due next Friday!
The GS is brilliant around hairpins TMF, done the Alps and Pyrenees on mine.
...as I have now learned, it's pretty handy off-road too....stay tuned!

Help me Rhonda, help, help me Rhonda.
Dude that looked awesome. It's a hard life!

TMF I've got an idea for a vid. Can you do one about how to get ACF50 off tyres and brake discs? Asking for a friend.

Yes great part of the world for biking (or Fiat 500ing - something else I do on a daily basis!)....
The Fiat 500 hire car in Spain was so much fun I purchased one for my 18 year old son to learn to drive in, unfortunately for him I keep pinching it as its hilarious on a twisty road!
Epic TMF, I love that! The only thing now is you've gone and made me green with envy.
Sorry about that!
Wish I was there too. Good bike good weather good roads
What a lovely video to start my morning coffee a cold snowy day here in lovely Pennsylvania.
..that sounds like it has it's own charm - glad to give you some contrast! ....would love to visit Penn some day...we have very local links to the state....
Just back from a week slightly to the west of where you were, flying to and from Faro ... constant 17 - 20 degrees, no rain!
Lovely....
Great video as always TMF, especially interesting as i am currently emailing Toro Adventure about a tour. Great to see the company in your video. Looking forward to the next episodes. Keep up the great work on the channel.
Thanks Sean - don’t forget to mention you saw the vids! Have fun - TMF
Another quality video, although I’m slightly jealous of the weather! No doubt that BMW make stunning motorcycles. Thanks TMF, looking forward to the next episode!
Cheers Ben - this series just gets better and better as well, going off-road on the big GS is brilliant....stay tuned!
to convert kph to mph do the following
40 kph times 6 equals 240. now drop the last digit. 24 mph.
90 kph time 6 equals 540. so 54 mph.
Hey maths, nice.....
michael adams 🤓
michael adams 100kph is 62mph
actually, it is 62.1 mph. this above formula is a quick and easy way for an average person to convert kph to mph. yes it is on the the low but when driving that helps you err on the side of caution. just saying.
Jeez ..... you guys need to get out more!
Ah now you’re talking mate, these are the roads I’ve ridden for a few years. Ronda is one of my favourite places in the world, stayed there twice and again coming this year. The GS is brill as you say, crank it over mate...you’ll be surprised. Looking forward to the series, kind regards.
Yes a lovely spot, and great trail riding on the GS too! Stay tuned for that!
Looks incredible!! You do well with these tours don't you.. I need to offer my services 😉
Fantastic area to ride in, I did a similar trip with a different company down there a few years ago .... 👌 good vid
Thank you :0)
Just Spoke with Lyndon this morning. Great guy. We were discussing my spring tour of Andalucía in April. I told him the Missenden Flyer sent me.
Good man Richard - he might have me back in that case :0)
I was in malaga last week, in fact just south of the location in Fuengirola. I also visited las palmas just before your visit there too.
Spooky!
diffidently looking forward to part 2......
typo....definitely not diffidently
This one just gets better too....
Mega👍🏻 Can’t wait to visit here in the next season or two✊🏻💨💨
You’ll love it! Tell em I sent you...
Cheers Scott - I know I can always rely on you to join me on these trips!

Makes me want to go to Spain...Ha ha, great vid, looking forward to the rest of the trip.

You should go for it Penny, I'm sure Lyndon would look after you... ;0)
My brother in law lives in a place called Coin, which is about ten min's drive from Alhaurin so we know that area. Been to Ronda a couple of times (the gorge is just amazing) and you are right, the roads are brilliant for bikers. I might just watch this video again in a minute!

That particular dog did speak English....and if you book, don't forget to tell 'em where you saw 'em!
TheMissendenFlyer haha...ola! I will indeed mention it!
Great video mr. TMF! Must go over there myself sometime. But hey, after plugging in my heated jacket riding with temperatures below zero is great fun also...
Hmm yes I sort of agree (give me the warmth any time!)... thanks for watching - TMF
TheMissendenFlyer
Wish Malaga wasn't such a long way down...
Shame in the UK we have to wait for those glorious windows of opportunity to have warm dry roads with sticky tyres, however I think we do appreciate them more. Another great start to another tour series!!
Thank you Richard - this one just gets better and better too....
Thank you for the great video! Which helmet do you prefer?
Not been there for a few years, Conditions look good so Im sure we’ll have fun😉
Guaranteed!
What a lucky man makes us all feel desperate to get out on our bikes, that’s until we look out the window at the rain,
I rode the new Rallye last February in Portugal with BMW Offroad they are fantastic on the gravel as you will have found out by now.
Loo forward to the next instalment. 👍🏼

Fantastic, you get to ride in some lovely places TMF. I love riding in Spain, not been that far south though. The roads all seem to be in really great condition.

It was - and I prefer fortunate to lucky ;0)
Terrific solution to the winter riding problem.
Isn’t it just!
Ronda-magical that place.
Yes lovely spot with some amazing roads....
Like you said how lucky you are in doing this type of review it’s us that is lucky in having you in doing this review just keep up the fab good work.🏍👍
How very kind Ian, thank you!
We did a short 4 day Brittany ferries tour last year in North eastern Spain called the 'wine and gastronomy' tour. Brilliant hotels, excellent food and fabulous wines of course. TMF - What tyres were you on? Did you check?
No I didn’t, sorry!
No worries, appreciated
As usual very jealous Mr TMF, great video, unfortunately I can’t get out on the bike here in London. Looking forward to the next video
Looks like your having fun whilst we freeze in the U.K. nice to watch 👍
It’s what life is all about eh?
Ive done off road tours in the same area years back with another company, great place to ride, this looks great as well, you will have to do there morroco tour next time, and you still managed to find white van man in spain.
Tell me about it! Yes I'd love to do Morocco sometime, it's getting a long enough pass that's the issue....
Greece has wonderful motorcycle rides. Give us a visit!
Would love too!
So far, I've just liked/loved your videos. Now, I'm also envious... grrrr :-)
Don’t be envious, book yourself on a trip to Spain!
Have fun Peter and send my regards to Lyndon and the crew.....! (unless you're there from the 10th in which case I'll see you there!)...
Thanks! We'll be flying out at the end of next week, so I'm guessing we'll miss you. Hope you have a good trip, and I look forward to seeing the videos.
Very nice mr Flyer. You really are a lucky man hahahah!
I like to think of myself as fortunate rather than lucky
TheMissendenFlyer Yes, the harder I work the luckier I get hahahah!
I had my own guitar recital whilst I was there...!
