I recently signed up to this gym and I can say with confidence that they have state of the art equipments. There are machines in there I never would’ve imagined. Probably one of the best gyms in Quebec.
I just stumbled upon this and love it! I have been training for 25+ years and the thing I love the most about bodybuilding/weight training is not the competition side of the sport but rather the training and the gym culture....this captures that perfectly is many of the gems you find. What a blast this must be!. Thanks Ron ....couple of gyms I am wondering if you have been to: Old town fitness on the florida keys, moxham fitness sydney nova scotia!
Totally agree with Ron, have not used a bad Atlantis piece and the adjustability is superb. Its greatly appreciated for the taller crowd
