Join IFBB PRO Big Ron Partlow for Season 3 of your favourite Bodybuilding Series, as he heads back home to Alberta to check out Iron Gym, in the sleepy hamlet of Lac La Biche. We've been to some of the biggest gyms, in the biggest cities in the world, but this one is for the little guy - the unique kind of hardcore community that you can only find in a small, remote town of 2500 people. My favorite episode ever!!! Fucking awesome gym!! The picture wall gave me goosebumps; old Mentzer photos, Dorian , & a memorial to a man appreciated the passion of this gym & an owner who appreciated a man's business, doesn't get more small town value than that. Great job Ron. Thank u Mutant.

Awesome gym, this is the type of gym I'd kill to train... I like that Nebula low row, it's really hard to find.
Hey Ron, also you can visit Montanari's Bros Powerhouse Gym, it's also a huge gym with lots of equipment, and they have the Nebula leg press and hack squat which you like bro.

quick question I mix my mutant whey with my oats and cook in microwave 2:30minutes, in doing this will I lose little or lots of nutritional content of the protein power? many thanks for your time. lee
