Have you ever freeze dried butter sticks, real better? I am trying to find a video on freeze drying butter, but haven’t been able to find one I did watch a lady freeze dry, heavy cream, and it turned out when she reconstitute it to be in stuck in the fridge turned to butter. M

Butter will not freeze dry, it's too high in fat
What happened to freeze drying pumpkins? I am assuming pumpkin glop (puree) freeze dries well?
The pumpkin puree freeze dries just fine
