It is absolutely ridiculous that, according to their laws and rules, real estate agents are forbidden to discuss either the crime rates, or demographics, of an area.

Yep. I get asked by client's daily questions like "is this a good neighborhood" or " Is that a safe place to live" and I am not allowed to answer them.

Yep, agents need to remain unbiased. How's the school's here is another question frequently asked.

We used to follow school busses to figure out if we would fit in or not. The things you have to resort to when house shopping.

The growth has been insane!! I live in Pace, moved here in 2002 and Hwy 90 traffic was never part of any discussion, but now it's a real topic. All the new housing construction here has completely overwhelmed the infrastructure. And where are all these people working to be able to afford the $400K+ houses being built!!?

You moved down here when I did and I remember it being very different. Now, I started out in Pensacola. Moved out to Pace in ‘07 and was mildly surprised that it had grown a little and then 2011 hit. Wow

We've lived in Pace since 2005 or 2006 and traffic in Pace is crazy. Car insurance has more than doubled in past year, not to mention all of the other costs to live here like property insurance. If I didn't have two kids and 3 of our 4 grandkids here we'd move.

Chill and swag are now my most hated words. Nobody knows how to use them properly anymore.
Love the video and you are definitely right.

I think you’re well-versed, very measured, straightforward and present conspicuous evidence to back up your claims and content. I will subscribe to your channel. I hail from the East Coast; born and raised, but reside in the far West. I am not surprised in the geographical shift of a mass entrance of people as opposed to a mass exodus. Florida and Texas are what I call magnet states because they are attracting scores of my fellow Californians to their states including some celebrities who say they no longer feel safe in California just like everyday residents such as myself. The lower taxes, gains per capita, the affordable, real estate is a large attractor factor for many Californians. But it has upset local residents of Florida and Texas because it has driven up the real estate market to record highs and now some natives of those states are priced out and unable to purchase properties in their own home state. This has caused some backlash. I do think the large amount of people relocating to Florida especially is ultimately going to apply political pressure and force your State Leaders to reconvene, reassess and restructure a measure bond to justify an increase in taxes to accommodate numbers of new residents that contribute to state overcrowding. I have an Aunt and Uncle that retired to Florida over 30 years ago only to have to turn around and vacate the state. They once loved it there. It’s very sad. All they would say is Florida is getting bad. They remained somewhat tight-lipped on the topic. But on the real, I definitely enjoyed your transparency and truth in your video presentation. Look forward to viewing more. Thank you. God bless you.
