Tom is playing a Pearl export 1991 22" kick, unlike most tracks on HVS which use 20" Premiere kick. Both an SM91 and a Beta52 adorn the bassiferous regions of the sonic wavelets.
It's a pretty nice Premiere XPK 14" snare + mostly Zildjian +1 Wuhan cymbal. Probably there is Sm57 top side of snare, AKGD770 under snare. Rode NTK tube mics on overheads / hihat?. AKG C3000 on floor tom + ride.
Kelly's axe? I do not recall. Let's say.... either a Selmer or a Yana-Gisawa tenor saxo-mophone.
Kingsley's axe appears in my earhole as a silver trumpet + mute. The mute sound oh my god.
Very much the last record take on HVS album, making it 76 mins and 17 tracks, a magnitude I would later realise actually makes it quite hard to review or even digest. Ah well. That's just how I roll.
Andy plays a bass that he built himself, most likely "the elephant" with bartolini pickups. Sam Lockley is most likely on a Fender Twin Reverb amp + I dunno..... a stratocaster/tele?

Cheers buddy!!! 6 weeks, five computers. Used hotel vermont studio machine as file server (yeah probably should have been recording more hehe) and heat sinks on the lappies + Apppolice to slow the CPUs down in case they melted etc. Actually get in touch if you wanna contri CPU to next one

Good spotting! It think it was just a Mix Pinski 4D by itself with a custom colour gradient? (Menger sponge) from Mandelbulber. I couldn't find JCube3 just now.
