How can I setup this on Logic Pro. I have tried it but I don’t get it.

Never really thought of using the target pitch to force harmonies, this is interesting. Do you find that the formants get a little weird sometimes? I typically try and just sing out the higher harmony lines, but sometimes they're a bit of a stretch and it takes a lot more editing to get them super tight with the main vocal unless the take is near perfect.
Great point. I use this more as to have a herbal idea of where to go harmony wise and then might replace with another vocal take. Or just if to have it as an effect.

imo, doing this is inferior in quality to doing it with melodyne or graph mode. i could never get the formants and the beginning/ending transitions of notes to sound right with midi-tuned waves tune real-time or even antares auto-tune real-time
