We had a last minute Saturday ADR session with Sarah Griffin as voiceover. Follow us in this video to see behind the scenes and what we get up to during the session.
hi Dear how are you ? please i need to ask you what did you do at 4:45 ? like you showed all the takes in 1 click !!! can you please help ? Thanks a lot :)
Hi. On one of the buttons underneath the name of the track (under where the record / mute button is etc), you can change it to show "playlists". Then you will see the drop down of all the takes. FYI, make sure to tick the option in the preferences to record playlists when loop is enabled. Hope that helps.
Hi. Great video :) At 3:40 on the top left corner I suppose that is your talkback mic. We've been thinking about using a shotgun mic for our talkback purposes... What mic are using for that? Cheers.
Hi, actually no. That's just a shotgun mic (Rode NTG3) to do quick scratch voiceovers with, although it would work well for talkback. Maybe a bit overkill though? We use the built in talkback on the UA Apollo X4 interface.
The woman that done the voiceover was the one in the video sat at the desk, Sarah. She was in the VO booth in the other room. She was then matching the character in the video on screen. Not live remote ADR.
Nice video , I like voice over and dubbing.
