Idk if anyone else had this problem when trying the fix, but for me, when I did the fix, my game was zoomed in more and my fps was terrible. Kind of annoying, but I guess it's the price you have to pay for using an ultrawide monitor. Surprised Riot doesn't support them

Actually don't mess with priorities in task manager. Don't set highest priorities if u have low end pc/laptop. Because if u will lag, it can happen so that the game is higher priority than ur mouse or some windows functions, and u won't be able to close the game or anything.
I once set my games to "real time" priority on my old pc, and i couldnt even turn off my pc😂

Great video! I always try to optimize my fps for whichever game I play, as it can be a struggle to maintain a high frame rate
Threaded Optimization gives more load on the cpu so turning it on is actually bad for valorant fps. Also setting priority to high in the task manager resets after the program closes so you have to set it manually in the regedit.

VALORANT is a CPU dependant game so that's the point, don't post misleading information

HOLY SHIT, I just did all these steps and I went from an avg of 100FPS in Valorant to now between over 600 FPS but in game im getting over 400FPS during gameplay. I have a 3080 also so not the 4070TI in video and this is amazing, I thought i would have to use my second PC to stream with to get that. THANK YOU 100000000%

All went good but the set priority part, that reset constantly, i have to set high priority everytime i open valorant or there's something i can do to put high permanently
so so so deserved a sub bro had a 20 fps laptop with a high end 160 hz monitor and optimized it correctly and achieved 50-60 fps amazing how the correct settings change everything ( i guess i cant complain that its the game anymore)

Valorant gives 120 fps in high settings and 80 to 100 fps in low settings in my laptop wtf ???

put power management mode in normal or adaptive. Maximum performance just takes extra energy for 1-3 fps increase.
put shader cache size to 10-100gb or set it to default as it is.

the fact that im using a 2015 laptop and watching your video boosted its fps by alot is impressive, still garbage though still getting hiccups.
I did all of this and now my game visually looks better and range is smoother but the second there’s more than 0 util on your screen I start lagging. I have a laptop so many it can’t bear one of those seconds but I had to use the check point thing

If you use Nvidia Reflex or nvidia low latency mode please don't use hags because it can cause higher ping and stutters
