Wouldn't want to be towing a 6oz lead around! If they haven't come off on the take it means it takes a fair bit of force for them to release so if your cut off that fish is dragging that lead around until it snags!!! Then in theory it releases or we hope it does!
As someone that started carp fishing in the late 70's I find this really sad, to me this will never be real British carp fishing. Oh and I'm not at all jealous, I just think this type of fishery is just wrong.
Dave is full of knowledge that even the most prestigious of Carp anglers can gain tips from ! Hass you make a #1 Landing nett operative lol 😂
