In this 80 minute film, Ali Hamidi and the team, attempt to catch a carp, on an underwater camera, in the snow, in sub zero conditions during the late winter of 2023.
One year in the making! Without a doubt one of the most exhilarating & challenging projects Ali Hamidi and OMC have ever had the pleasure of being involved with! We took on a monumental challenge in sub zero snow riddled Shropshire temperatures alongside @Underfishing & @kwintenfishing , plus Rob & Harry Hales from RH Fisheries.
The venue we chose was RH Fisheries's mega water, "The Avenue", a 10 fish a season syndicate, so if you’re serious about your carp fishing, want to learn more about the carps activities on pressured waters (when the “weatherman says stay at home”) then you can’t fail to learn from this film.
It’s informative, humorous, spellbinding & most of all eye opening from the first second to the last!
No matter what your angling experience is, you can’t fail to LEVEL UP after watching this!

This film amazes me in many ways. It was excellent to watch and really makes me wonder how we manage to catch anything at all. You guys had all the tech and hand placing baits and still struggling for bites. 🤷♂️ next time someone asks me why I didn’t catch I will show them this film. Great work again guys!!

Been watching uderfishing for a few years now korda make out its so hard to do underwater filming and cost loads but underfishing do it and show korda up big time

You can feel the love amongst everybody in this film ! The laughs and laid back attitude combined with clearly a close bunch of friends, what fishing is all about !! I'm sure you'll bag a few in next film Ali keep up good work.

Really enjoyed the video and it was an incredible brace! It really makes you wonder when you're sat out thinking the fish aren't in front of you how many times carp pass over the bait. Unfortunately for Ali, I think the target of trying to get a clear and visible underwater take, took away from his normal fishing perhaps? Good watch though and what an awesome stamp of fish they have there.

Loved it but surprised you were all surprised catching in the snow. I used to check the forecast specifically for snow and would purposely get on the lakes during snow, never failed to catch during snowing and never had anything under 20lb in the snow. Personally I think snow switches them on

Great watch proper eye opener guess they was feeding a night . Be interesting to know if the baited spots got cleared 😊
They didn’t touch any bait on the spots with cameras mate at any point. One conclusion I’ve made over many years of filming underwater is that it takes them quite a few days to get comfortable with that big electronic object suddenly in their home. The longer it’s there the more confident they get.
@@OMCUA-cam was really interesting mate 100% agree about the day light hours when there waking up. My local lake woken up but there not feeding atm think this video just shows not to bait heavy to early 👍

No it means a good angler on the lake fishing regularly might catch 10

All the carp I've caught throughout the winter have been at night. Mostly around 8pm.
Kwinten put the rods out had them straight away proper angler!!

Those camera's were putting the fish off 100%, happens in all the underwater videos.
Yes cameras definitely do not help. The longer they are in one position the better. It’s a firm conclusion I’ve made over many years now.
