+Tech Freak Most bluetooth headphones under $100 aren't really worth it. As for wired ones, you can still try the Klipsch S4 which are about $70 (or even less) or the sony xb series, they have models in the $50-100 range...But if you're willing to spend around $100-120, and love bass, you should try the Shure SE215.

I use to be extremely bias about beats as in saying they were the best. Then I listened to some monsters. They sounded SO much better. Beats' sound quality is pretty good but the price is way too high. Plus they are extremely fragile

You can never go wrong with a sennheiser headphone/headset, they are one of the most popular company when it come to headphones/headset in the audiophile community because of their products comfort and sound quality
I got the Sennheiser Momentum 2's, and damn do I love them. You will definitely not wrong with those since everything is present including bass. But if you like that hard bumping bass feel, go with Sol Republic Tracks Air.

I loved my Liberates, until something happened to them. Think I laid on them while in my backpack. Dunno, looking to get a replacement pair. Everything you mentioned is true on these. Button placement is a learning curve, but manageable.
Now I'm enjoying the Solo2 wireless! Not perfect, but you're pretty on point with your assessment. Hoping to get more versions of these, never thought I'd be into the color option. Now, my main reason for going these initially over the Studios is the use of the audio cable without power. Just don't get to with Beats. Guess it was something they noticed later and fixed.
When finances permit, I'm looking at adding those BT950s! Man, hearing you confirm that bass is exciting.
As for the Jaybirds, I'll get those when I can, but for functionality I've gone with the Powerbeats2 Wireless. Having not to worry about fit issues with the ear hooks is priority over sound quality. Not that they're terrible, but I've yet to test the BT earbud field.
Whenever he talks about beats I just skip that part.

This is based purely on sound quality, comfortability, etc. I don't like Beats either but whether we like it or not, they really upped their game with the Solos 2. Saying that a really awesome vid like this lost credibility because of a brand means that you have waaaaay too much blind hate. Get over it.

Tristan Tooze I just listened to a friend's studios yesterday, first time ever listening to beats and tbh, they definitely don't sound like they should be $200 more than my skullcandy crushers, the beats get much louder but that doesn't matter to me, the sound was pretty comparable though. I only listened to the beats for like 20 seconds so I'm not sure yet but there ya go

I think it's worth mentioning that the Jaybird X2's has both regular ear tips and foam ear tips. I have yet to see another brand include them with their headphones.

When it comes to the bigger headphones in the list the House of Marley's look great, they're the ones I would get. But the Level Over's touch covers sound like a nice innovative feature. The single, double and triple tap controls of the beats are a bit too hard to use for me on the long run, further down the list the Sonys are definitely looking too bulky for me. The X2s are the ones I've already seen at MKBHDs channel, I think they're the perfect ones for me since I'm more the person for earbuds or lighter models. Great video all the way, could you now follow up with a video of headphone stands? =)

Hey Jud! Since ur a bass head, I really think you should get and review the Jabra Rox. They're another pair of wireless IEMs with some neat features. They're also known for their heavy bass and amazing sound. I think you should try them out and make a review on them if you can. Love your vids!

I always liked my sound blaster evo ZxR. I have NFC, noise cancelation, bass boost, and portability. You can even get their app and change the equalizer on the fly. You can take them and use a micro USB, or a 3.5mm headphone cable. I've always thought these were some of the best out there, and the only ones that sound better are the parrot zik gen 1 headphones, the sound blasters are the same size, except the cups are a little bigger.
I looked into all of these, and I have the XB950 non-BT headphones (really good value). I finally decided on the Philips Fidelio M2BT though, and I really love them. Have you tried them out?
