2 Fingers in the back got it!!....I have been listening to Shaboozey, Luke Combs, Journey, Taylor Swift, White Snake, Post Malone, Gamazda, Madonna, Stan Bush, Noah Kahan, Foreigner, U2, Van Halen, and Kid Laroi lately. That mix gets me through the workout grind easily.
Insane ive seen some random colorways of Ae1 at ross and burlington for $45 🤯

I don't understand why basketball shoes are all so low these days. They make you twist your ankle, especially if you tend to twist your ankle anyway. That's rubbish, mate.

I listen to a lot of stuff. Hip hop is regulated to old school stuff for me like Tribe Called Quest, Pharcyde, digital planets, etc. some days I gotta listen to rock from Boston, John Mellencamp, REO Speed Wagon, and other days I’m jamming to Empire of the Sun, Roosevelt and Cannons. That damn Sabrina Carpenter song “Expresso” is super catchy lol

I was so excited for these but the heel slippage is so bad for me and I went down half a size. The highs might be heavy but a better shoe in my opinion

Man Chris’ has a good mix of music I did not expect. Personally I’ve been listening to a lot of Peso Pluma, Natanael Cano, Travis Scott, Kendrick Lamar, Metro Boomin, Panic at the Disco, Paramore, Fall Out Boy, Red Velvet, Vince staples, Ken Carson, aespa, XG, LE SSERAFIM. These help me push through workouts or when I’m just doing stuff.
All i can say the heelslippage killed it. 😢😢😢 need to overtight the laces just to reduce the slippage. Change the laces to flats because the round laces always get loose. Im a victim of its overhype 😂😂😂

True to size is best, going half size down i felt exactly what Chris felt - toes getting crushed.
The AE 1 mids were bad for me. Had to return them. Hoping these lows fit my feet better.

Qotd: Prog Rock and Jazz Fusion mainly. Currently on Steely Dan and Electric Light Orchestra as I'm on a musical journey from famous groups starting from The Beatles. Studio albums only with some exceptions like Weather Report and Michael Jackson starting with their first true debut, like the first studio album that featured Jaco Pastorius on bass on the former and the latter with MJ really starting off with Off the Wall.
Favorite band of all time is Rush for me, love their friendship.

It’s interesting that they switched up the cushioning ….i wonder if that was due to AE’s request? As for the question of the day, Hmmmm….have not been listening to rap lately but I’m an r&b dude anyway…enjoyed the new Sabrina Carpenter album, added a few musicals to the rotation for practice purposes, The Wiz (as the show on broadway..LOVED IT. I want them to give the same treatment to that show as it was given to Mean Girls the musical), The Greatest Showman, H.E.R (i love and oils marry that lady asap), Avery Wilson, Maxwell…always in rotation Jodeci, Dru Hill, Whitney Houston, Kelly Clarkson, Jojo, Tori Kelly, boys II men ……..and the hots of Color me Badd. 😆

As a 44 y/o stucked between being the last of the x gen and the beginning of the millennials, I enjoy listening soft or hard rock (Elton John, Queen with all their wide style, Red Hot Chili Peppers), prog rock, heavy metal, death metal, prog metal, prog death like Gojira or Leprous, djent, but also love old school hip hop (2Pac, Biggie, Cypress Hill, Dre, Snoop, LL Cool J to the Beastie Boys, Eminem and others) punk rock, electronic music (from dance music to daft punk to underworld to psychedelic trance) and also like NSYNC, Michael Jackson, Madonna, but alsoooo nu metal, rap metal, well, buuut also jazz, some other latin rythms and that's it, I love music 😂

Chris, I'm gonna reccommend you check out Bilmuri. They've got a couple songs featuring Knox, and the overall vibe is wack as hell, but it's kind of going in a country-metal-alternative direction. It's odd but it's a vibe.
QOTD: Primarily golden era, backpack, and boom bap hip hop; jazz, fusion, funk, and prog. To a lesser extent: r&b, rock, and old country. I try to listen to at least 90 minutes of music I've never heard before on a daily basis. My favorite decades are the 70s and 90s.
Adidas is making moves with their basketball shoes. My only complaint with adidas, and it seems to carry over into the basketball sphere, is that the sizing from one model to another doesn't really mean much. You basically have to try on their shoes on a case-by-case basis.

I have both and love them but I would say the lows edge it for me. I just feel slightly quicker and more agile in them for some reason.
I went half a size down as I did in the mids and my heels got ripped to pieces the first 2 weeks in the lows. Some grip socks fixed it for me though.
They sold out super fast in the larger sizes in the uk on Adidas’ site!
I got the Mid version in the mail and they look way better in person. Fits well.

I tried these in store and i went with my true size 9 because of my 🦆 feet. I also like a bit of room in my shoe too as the slant towards to toe is slightly more noticeable than most shoes for me
